I used paracetamol and diclofenac as painrelievers.Could they be the causes of my headaches?My homeplace is a cold place but last december I moved to where I am now and the sun is scorching hot.can this be the cause?and if so,why has it taken two months since i moved in for me to fill the effects?lastly,can the omeprazole drugs help stop my epidermal pains or what other drugs should i use for this?Thanks again in advance.
m not great at handling ibuprofen it upsets my stomach. I take diclofenac for the shoulder but I have to supplement it with omeprazole - again for my stomach. It was the dr that prescribed the solpadol - for pain. But I wound up taking it (& dihydroco) like candy. Last night - it was straightforward paracetamol I took. 500mg - not combined with anything.

I was put on antibiotics for a week on day 4 and booked in for an ultra sound. I was also given diclofenac to help with the pain. Avo upper data later the pain did not get better. I went back to the doctors and they weren't sure it was a kidney stone. Occasionally pain worsened on some days. Was prescribed codeine for when I needed it. I continued having pain and was signed off work. I only had fever on day 2. Had my ultrasound and nothing was found: no stones, no cysts or swelling.
m 23y old guy some years before at the age of 20 i fell extremely sick nausea, vomiting weight loss, fever, pain in both waists like my both waists are being squeezing tightly, my stomach hurt, muscle spasms, unable to eat and drink anything, then first i went to GP he had prescribed me some medicines like paracetamol,diclofenac, maxolon for vomiting but day by day my condition getting worse i couldn't move my body freely my nerves had like dried and raised up and became like hardened.
Pain has peaked twice in the 7 weeks, resulting in taking more pain killers. (paracetamol, codeine + diclofenac) however codeine has now been reduced and coping well. Pain moved round to the front (right side) into my groin (also shooting down my right leg). It has been a dull ache on occasions as well as sharp/stabbing pains.
It is now mainly on my right side lower abdomen.
Appendix has also been ruled out. CT scan also confirmed no kidney stones.

She has gradually moved from Paracetamol and Ibuprofen to Co-Codemol and Diclofenac Sodium, and most recenly to Dihydrocodeine 30mg. t know what my problem is but he prescribed me with diclofenac and prochlorperazine. The doctor also mentioned that my tonsil is swollen, which is weird coz I didn't feel any pain or sorethroat.
Both the medication did not relief my headache/tinnitus and to make it worse, I have been having problem sleeping ever since I'm taking those medication (diclofenac/prochlorperazine). The headache continues, so as the tinnitus and it is wearing me off.
Is anyone on Diclofenac? I am on it for an orthopedic condition and have been on it almost 4 weeks. It works, but am unsure how long I will be on it. As short a time as possible, I hope,...but, I was wondering....for those with arthritis (which it usually prescribed for,,).....are you on it daily? As an ongoing medication? I hope to go off it to avoid risks with prolonged usage,but up to now...it has not caused me any problems.
i have taken diclofenac for over 20 years with no side effects i have had to come off the tablets 75mg x twice day 4 days ago as I am showing some drying of kidneys from another mediation to ensure it is that one i have come off anything whih might affect me.
Question. I have started taking Diclofenac 75mg x's 2 a day to try and see if a non narcotic medication may give me some relief long term with my rib pain. I have taken it for 2 weeks and at first I didn't think it was helping at all. Now I think 1 of 2 things either A) it's starting to build up in my system and is helping better or B) My ribs just happen to feel a bit better lately.

I would definitely not take it!
Though it may be contraindicated in patients with DM with renal impairment and Lipid regulating drugs like-Colestyramine appears substantially to reduce the bioavailability of diclofenac when the two drugs are given together.The effects of cholestyramine and colestipol on the absorption of diclofenac in man.Colestipol produces a similar but smaller effect.
