Not sure why my Pekingese has this problem although his eyes do protrude. He also wipes his face on the carpeting alot and the staining is reddish and smells bad! He sneezes a lot and shakes his head. Sounds like allergies but the Vet gave him Cortisone pills for some hot spots and said to use them for this but they don't seem to be working. Would I gain anything from being investigated by a dermatologist here in Brazil (they have some pretty good ones in Rio), or do you think that this can wait until I get home to Norway. I have already ordered a consultation with a dermatologist on June 30, but I wonder if it may involve some risk to wait that long. Alternatively, could a visual inspection by an experienced dermatologist in Rio be of some use in this situation (either for reassurance or further alarm)?

Hi, I have used salicylic acid face wash heavily along with Benzoyl Peroxide, my skin type is really sensitive. My under eyes have gonna really red and burt and left me with deep wrinkles when smiling, one of the eyes have completely recovered as it didn't have much deep wrinkles, although the other eye looks really wrinkly and the wrinkles look deep, I am only 21 and my skin was like baby's skin, didn't have any wrinkles before the bp use.
