that does focus on veggies,
chicken, fish and some lean red meats (but not much); the book comes
with a lot of recipes. This diet uses a lot of spices/condiments to add variety to foods. Otherwise, just start surfing for recipes featuring those items; there are tons of them available. Figure out how many calories each of you requires/day and go from there.
I might suggest that you have some blood work done, as well, if you haven't already.
