Actually, you can eat eggs any way you want them... even frying them isn't bad if you use no calorie cooking spray. Have a carton of Greek yogurt (high protein) with a serving of fruit. Make yourself a protein shake, using a high quality shake mix.

Avatar f tn I was terrified to eat anything because I was afraid of how it would affect my baby. Once I met with a diabetic expert and a dietician I felt more then 100% better. She explained it with more detail and explained how it affects myself and my baby. She also helped me with a meal plan, a grocery list, and gave me tons of recipes. What matters is the total carbohydrates! I kept looking at the sugar... which is important too!

Avatar n tn Hello, I'm 21, weight 69kg! Here's my daily meal plan : breakfast a slice of white bread with lettuce and cucumber, sometime added a bowl of papaya. I wanted to change to wheat but my blood type is B. I eat papayas (fruit) a bowl for lunch and dinner, sometimes I don't have dinner. I snack cream crackers whenever I feel hungry, but only 6 pieces per day, no night time snack. I drink a lot, like 8 or more glasses per day, especially when I'm feeling hungry.

Carbs turn into sugar so you have to make sure your not eating too many. I've found some great recipes on the diabetes association website. The internet can be scary to read but also you can find some very helpful information, there are so many recipes to choose from. Hope that helps and good luck!
