4489852 tn?1375753951 This is not a question, but I wanted to post my blog on here for other people to read if they wanted to. I had a hard time finding a chiari blog that was kept up to date and was current, so I wanted to start one not only so that i could have record of everything, but also so that other people could read my story and see that they are not alone in this fight. This is the blog I started in April.
572651 tn?1530999357 Hi, Chris. Thanks for sharing your blog that helps us understand the financial upside of Lemtrada being approved. I have also blogged about this company and this drug, neither of which I like much, but bottom line is people with aggressive forms of MS should be given this drug as an option. The latest this week is the drug's lead investigators are planning to file their own appeal of the decision.
9745005 tn?1410044366 I so identify with the crazy. I blog for therapy. Just laying low after my lumbar puncture yesterday -- neurologist said that finally, "it is time". I've been in limbo since January 2013 -- how long have you all been treading water?
1853014 tn?1340038575 I think this is the blog you are talking about. It is excellent. You can see there are many, many pages of valuable information. Plus it is written very well and has some humor too. http://hep-free.
338416 tn?1420045702 She was asked by the National MS Society to attend/blog about it. She says she will update the blog daily, so maybe people like me (no medical education) will be able to understand it all a bit better (I hope).
11772779 tn?1421000617 Hey ladies! I am 27 weeks and was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I didn't have it with my daughter, and I don't know what to expect. I have an appointment with a specialist this coming Wednesday, but if anyone has any info/advice I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
Avatar f tn I wish to thank all of you for your support, advice and well wishes, sharing this blog with you all has been a pleasure and just in case I'm too babystruck to get back to you soon after birth I wanted to wish you all the best as you move forward in this wonderful journey of motherhood.
Avatar m tn Today I celebrate 1 year with LCHF, or I could say that I celebrate 1 year in good health! I can certainly endorse the LCHF diet as being good for type 1 diabetics. Besides a more stable blood sugar and a more easily managed diabetes, I’ve gotten rid of pain in my legs, headaches, GI problems, and constant throat infections. Previously, I had recurring yeast infections, but during this past year I haven’t had a single one! I only need one injection daily, instead of the previous 5-9.
7616032 tn?1393367823 My uterus was filed with blood clots bc of all my previous csection making my uterus very thin and not able to contract. Cutting the blog clots. They put a balloon into my cervix to help the bottom of my uterus to contract to shrink the uterus. I might need to get a hysterectomy if I keep having blot clots. I know by tomorrow afternoon if im in the clear. I had 2 blood transfusions bc of ask the loss of blood. Very scary!
Avatar f tn I did and she says the only thing she can think of might be the fact that I was dig. with Diabetes after starting the Depo shot. I was on it for 9 years and went off it 2 years ago. My womanly cycles didn't start back up until 5 1/2 months ago when all the sickness started. She says they don't warn you that the shot can cause insulin resistance. So, did going off the shot reverse my insulin resistance?? Not sure but I am thinking so. Just thought I would share!!
Avatar n tn //pregnant-healthcare.blogspot.com/2006/04/metformin-use-during-first-trimester.html and my daughter has been diagnosed with diabetes couple of months ago and put on metformin since then, after reading the page above, it made me wondering should my daughter continues taking it. is what quoted in the blog true? Thank you in advanced.

1488562 tn?1288826355 If you'd like to watch some excellent reporting on what it's like to undergo treatment, here is a very good video blog. I believe the woman who did it is a member on here, and she's very forthright, witty, honest, and sympathetic, and tells her own experience from start to finish. Scroll down to the bottom to start. I found it extremely helpful to view -- and gripping, too. http://day2dayconfessions.blogspot.
Avatar f tn Anyone out there with Type 1 diabetes taking Tecfidera? I have heard from a couple of people that it causes your blood sugar to go low. I'd like to know how low, and esp. if you're using an insulin pump, how much you've had to adjust it. Also when it goes low. I'll be starting Tecfidera on September 1.
Avatar f tn i dont take medicine no diabetes.. is that health issue or normal ? By the way i heavely alcohol drinker about half litr whiskey/day..

Avatar f tn Well today her nurse called me.. So my first reaction was omg! I have gestational diabetes, and she said no, your NEGATIVE for that, but your iron was low.. Thanking the man above always, so she told me to go pick up some iron pills and tame those with my prenatal pills..
296076 tn?1371334474 Thanks.. know that it is not me or my child but a very sick boy that I have been following on his mother's blog.. they were hoping he would make it till christmas but it is not looking good. I feel so much for his parents because Dax is almost the same age as Parissa...
315639 tn?1248349369 WOW! I'm holding my too-too for you! LOL At least he's a healthy size and you have some kind of end in site. Do you have gestational diabetes? Is there a reason they think he's measuring so big so early. Well if you insist on having a vaginal birth be sure and let them know so they can bring you in for that induction right away, b/c the longer he stays in there the more pounds he's going to put on! Get that bag ready lady! Good luck, and keep us updated!
