Are you trying to write a journal through the Journal interface or through the Tracker interface? On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?

Actually, we find that when members reach out to other members who may have been gone for a while, they often come back. It's nice to know that others still care for them. So if there's someone you want to reach out to, feel free to try to get in touch with them. You can determine a person's last login by looking at their Profile page. If you look at their last post, journal entry, or tracker update, you can usually guess when their last log in was.

Hi there. Hope this goes through. Today, I logged in, but it did not "take." Tried it again and reached my account. Switched pages and found I was logged out. Logged in again (and left that box checked that says 'save login info', or something like that) to update a journal but when I hit "post", it logged me out and the "login" screen appeared again. I lost everything I typed for the update. Please help. I know Medhelp did maintenance this weekend.

JUST HAD AN IDEA. HOW ABOUT A FOOD JOURNAL. IT'S HAS BEEN ON ALOT OF NEWS COVERAGE. IT SEEMS PEOPLE LOOSE MORE WHEN THEY CAN KEEP TRACK OF WHAT THERE IN TAKE IS.

We should be able to upload photos right on the mobile app. Can the gurus up their game on thus one!

Hi there - Can you tell me what happens when you try and save a journal? Is the save button not responding, or are you landing on a login page, or something different? When you are trying to enter data, at the bottom of the window that appears, you should see Fileter by: Measurements (these are things you enter that are measurable - mood, blood pressure, exercise, how many cigarettes you smoked, or whatever it is you are tracking), Symptoms, Treatments, Events, or All.

when we get messages from medhelp to our personal emails, such as medhelp daily update, we click on it an then hope to be logged on. However, there isn't even a login option when we open that mail! I sggest there be a login option on the upper right, just like there is on medhelps home page, or whatever it is!! Thanks!

Hi, hbananas, I'm sorry you're having this problem. Does this happen when you enter your new password and then confirm it by entering it again? Or does it happen when you click the "Login & Password" link under Accounts & Settings? If you haven't done this already, it may help to clear your browser cache and try again. Can you tell us what browser you're using?

You can do it through your phone you have to go to www.medhelp.org and login.

The "login and Password" does NOT allow you to change your password - it simply takes you back to the login page!!! Every single time I want to use this site, I have to get a new password emailed to me b/c the stupid system in NOT set up properly to allow us to change the randomly generated temp passwords. PLEASE TELL US HOW TO CHANGE OUR PASSWORD!!!!!

t work, and you get taken to the login page, log in again, then go back to Account Settings and then Login and Password, and you should then see the page to change your password. Please let us know if that doesn't work.

I can enter my nickname and password, but instead of accepting them the site just re-loads the login page. I could login using the same device previously, this issue only surfaced in the past week or so. I tried deleting the history and casche of my phone's browser, but that didn't solve the problem. Also, I notice on the mobile site that line breaks (such as the one I created in this post to separate paragraphs) are removed from posts.
