I'm having my second child and second c section in 27 days! I'm not nervous because I know what to expect but my personal opinion is to have the c section and get your tunes tired because u don't want to go threw the whole process of healing and then go in for another surgery with a little one to take care of at home. Yes this is an option for you....your tubes being tied has nothing to do with carrying a child to term in your uterus. Your tubes being tied is just preventing you from releasing any eggs. Her ovulating is important though as only so many follicles are prepped for release during ovulation and the follicle which will later be the egg once released will need to be "ready" for fertilization. If she is not ovulating then your doctor could put her on medication for this age permitting....

While your tubes are tied there is a very very slim chance of you becoming pregnant, they'd have had to grow back themselves and it's so rare that this happens.

The low blood sugar will not make you depressed, but just dealing with the diabetes can.

You really need to eat if your breast feedi g I was the same way after my daughtwr was born you just have to stay positive and eat when u know u cant just eat the baby wont get any nutriance if your not eating and it will be bad for the baby.. I had to overcome by anxiety and depression after my daughter was born I would put her in het strollwr and go for walks 3 times a day and while I was walking I qould take deep breaths..
