Hi, I have been doing a dvd pregnancy program & finding it really good in helping me maintain a healthy weight. I just started getting really into it in the last week since being diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 14wks. I try to do it daily as I need to stay active to help regulate my blood sugars. I also incorporate afternoon walks.

Love this book because it has all the facts and science, no personal opinions or religious views. Just plain and simple facts about what's happening with your body before, during and after birth. Including labor, postnatal development and disorders. It also has amazing pictures that go along with every page and a DVD.

Thanks for the comment.If you were talking about Facts that presented under Fats section of that pdf, though it may seem disconnected from reality,it talks about a balanced diet control schedule to maintain good health.However individualized plan must be made with help of corresponding Dietician or Attending Physician which is mandatory.My intention was just to give an idea how to plan a controlled diet but not follow exactly that schedule.Facts are Facts!
