I also later added Celexa 20mg which helped a lot with the anxiety and mood swings - especially from the "crash" of the Adderall.
But with ADD meds, no one can tell you what will work best for you, or what dosage, before you try it.
No easy answer here. First I assume you mean Adderall XR? Let me know if you don't because the next sentence is about XR. Most Charts list 50mgs as the maximum dose. And weight really has less to do with the dosage then one would think.

I have a real sensitive stomach and immune system, and am allergic to a lot so I would think that you can handle most of these. The best working were the Daytrana, Adderall XR, and Vyvanse, and the Adderall you are taking may be different than what I take(XR) The other Adderall hurt my stomach and made me sick if I didn't eat, but I have no problem with the XR.

ve never been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD but about 2 nights ago, my roommate offered me 4 dextroamphetamine pills to help me study for all of my midterms. I took them all, and my heart was beating really fast and my chest felt tight. Those symptoms went away but now I'm noticing that my arms and head feel slightly shaky. Also, I feel like I'm worse at reading and typing. Is it possible to get permanent side effects from one time abuse of adderall?

Hey, I was prescribed generic 10mg Adderall 1x per day by my psych, but when I tried it I felt slightly dizzy with ear stuffiness (the type when you fly on airplanes) accompanied by sharp, inner ear pain (in both ears). This lasted about 1.5 months.
Is there anyway to reduce this while taking adderall, and what could it be caused by?
