Fatigue, body ache, itchiness, occasional kidney pain, hives on my arm (raised red fleshy bumps), itchy anus, flushing, constipation, occasional dizziness/fogginess, weight gain and inability to lose weight.
I've noticed when I have caffeine my symptoms sometimes get worse but sometimes get better.
Today I had total body pain, maybe my body going through withdrawals from the caffeine I thought.
I am hoping to get some insight into years of different problems that doctors continue to write off as depression or fibromyalgia (I am a psychologist: it's not depression, and a neuro recently evaluated for fibro and that is not it). I am a 31 year old female. Don't know half my family history d/t adoption, mother died at 45 from complications of severe SLE and RA.
However these symptoms are new and some are acute, others not. What would cause severe acute constipation, dry eyes, fatigue and flushed face? Had to visit ER with possible impaction. Acute dramatically painful, drop to the floor pain but ct didn't show impact. They did say it could be there but not show up. Did check for kidney stones. After episode took several stool softener, lax and an enema. Finally broke it loose. Been fatigued, dry eyes and flushed.
I had extreme pancreatitis in April 2018 along with septic shock and total kidney failure and should by all accounts be dead. I was read last rights and my parents were basically told I would not make it through the night. I miracously made a full recovery after pt due to not being able to walk after a month long stay 12 days of which in a
medically induced coma. The severity of the situation I think now is finally hitting me and feel I am sinking into a depression.
They took blood and urine samples and diagnosed a kidney infection, despite the fact I had not had kidney pain - although some slight genital ache and need to urinate urgently. Prescribed 10 day Ciprofloxacin antibiotics which I finished. Mild ache in kidneys only started once I started taking the antibiotics. Doctor took another urine sample after I'd finished the course and told me the infection was gone.

Your symptoms can be anxiety and depression. It's hard to believe sometimes that anxiety and/or depression can do this to a person but rest assured it can.

Obviously if these are thyroid issues, these symptoms are most common with hyperthyroid. The kidney not so much, unless its muscle in the area.

Then if all checks out well with your kidneys, your doctor could also help you wiht the depression.
well it took awhile but depression has hit me hard...I cry just about everyday or little petty thing and personal problems I don't know how to deal with. My husband and I were married in October and it seems like in just the last month or so we have become very distant...he says we spend to much time together and I'm clingy...not really sure how to handle it since we have always done everything together so how do I give him space now and feel like he's not trying to leave?!?

If you have been dehydrating, you could end up with getting kidney stones.
