Avatar n tn I have tried several times to break this addiction, with no success, Two years ago,I made it as far as 10 days, and i was still suffering from no sleep, restless leg, and then i went into a deep dark depression for the longest time. I already suffer from depression, and i believe trying to get off the narcotics made me sink into the darkest depression i have ever experienced.
Avatar m tn Hello Last year i was diagnosed with non functioning, 11 mm pituitary tumor. My biggest problem is unusual sleepiness. I'm scared when driving, I can fall asleep in the shower. I have heavy eyelids, pressure and pain in my nose, behind eyes. I don't have energy, I'm weak and not able to stay awake. I had tons of tests, everything normal. I saw many specialists, everything OK. I was on depression pills(many different kinds), and I feel the same way. What should I do?

I highly doubt he will do any of these things. Time will tell. The kids are taking this super so far. Having lots of fun actually. THey like being at grandmas house and also love going to my sisters house which is right behind moms so its just a walk across the back yard to get there.
Avatar f tn My gosh, you are certainly having a tough time. You should be eligible for welfare as it was designed for people like you. Since you don't receive unemployment they will help you with rent, food, and clothing. Contact local churches and organizations that help children have a nice Christmas, and some will provide you with Christmas dinner. Contact Toys for Tots, and local police stations who are known to help familes at Christmas.
Avatar f tn I was wondering about clinics in Ohio. What do they ask you?....What if you have kids?....Does CPS get involved?...

208686 tn?1293030503 1240965079 Hi everyone, A friend of mine is a teacher at my sons school and her class is doing a project (Bringing the World to Ohio) and needs postcards from all over the world. ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE is welcome and very much appreciated! These kids have been working so hard on this! One of the reasons why she started the project is because many kids will never go overseas and maybe not even out of Ohio! If you would like to participate, PM me for the info.
Tbd I need help coping with my mental state. I have been diagnosed with manic depression with bipolar. Lately my depression has been increasing, pushing my stress higher as I try to deal with it, which has started to let out anxiety attacks. They are affecting my daily life. I take clonazepam 1mg daily, a 20gm at bedtime, and have and anxiety med as needed. It's not helping anymore. I'm looking for suggestions or Dr. suggestions or recommendations in the east-central Ohio area.
Avatar f tn and she also gave me a recommendation to the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio since I live in Ohio.
Avatar f tn Hi, my name is Emily, I'm 34 years old, have a boyfriend and together we have 3 kids. We live in a two bedroom house in northwest Ohio. We aren't rich but we aren't poor. He's a contractor and I have an eBay store and also do some cleaning. Our kids are a 15 year old girl, a 13 year old boy and a 8 year old boy. We also have a dog. So that's me in a nutshell. I lead a high stress life.
Avatar f tn Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm on here to try to find help for my husband. He was diagnosed with dysautonomia a couple of years ago at Vanderbilt. He has not been able to find relief though. He suffers from Potts, chronic fatigue, various aches and pains, hyper and hypotension, depression, numbness of extremities, and a few other symptoms. He's tried a TON of medicines, vitamins, lifestyle changes, and basically anything you can think of.
Avatar n tn i live in Ohio, work in the treatment field and there is no Ohio law that will allow one to probate another in2 alcohol/drug treatment.I doubt there is one in Illinois that permits that! Also if one goes to an inpatient program...and they leave against staff advice....the insurance company can refuse to pay for what treatment they had!I suggest u check out some Al-Anon meetings in your area ASAP!
575529 tn?1217655794 I am seeking suboxone treatment in ohio. I went to NAABT.org and they had 3 doctors email me. I have insurance and they all want at least 450.00 to see me. Is there ANYWHERE in ohio kentucky or indiana I can get treatment using my insurance?
Avatar m tn but i guess the first doctor was wrong or maybe wasnt paying to much attention. he said my headaches and all my symptoms were anxiety and depression related or migraines. then he said that i could have surgery or not (wtf) and then basically rushed me out the office without telling me anything about it. maybe thats what being poor with no insurance gets you right? SO briefly i will tell you a little about me. I infact do have anxiety with agoraphobia and depression that cause migrains.
572651 tn?1530999357 We have so many forum members here in this part of Ohio, I wanted to share this announcement. Send me a note if you want to attend and perhaps we can meet up, I will be there. This sounds like a very interesting program, put together with NMSS.... the link to register online can be found off their webpage http://main.nationalmssociety.org/site/Calendar?
Avatar f tn this palce has a program for all ages and types of addictions I was living in Ohio and went to this one in NJ.....How old is your son?
645390 tn?1338555377 t know if that is a good thing or not, but is basically said the average time frame to get SSD in Ohio was 500 days. So, that is a pretty long time, huh?! Just seems like a weird thing for me to hear when it is so relevant to me. That's it, more tales and woe from Ohio.
Avatar n tn He has had several pyshologists and psychiatrists and had multiple meds tried for ADHD and depression. He is very aware that he has problems and has no idea where else to turn for help. He has had neuropsych exams as well. He lives in Columbus, Ohio and is frustrated with the lack of diagnosis. No one seems to be able to come up with a reason for his mental health issues. They ruled out bi-polar from what I understand.
