Avatar f tn I am beginning to blame myself , as I feed them right, liquid minerals, “Arthodex minerals and vitamins, pure RO water! Eliminating all toxins. I don’t believe in “chemicals” found in water! I have tried liquid breathe freshener, denta sticks, brushing before, everything! I am now trying colloidal silver, as it is truly natures remedy!!!!??? It is too late for teeth to be cured. Vet said brushing their teeth would not have helped! So basically what to do when on a budget!

Avatar f tn If you are lucky you can get balanced levels of vitamins and minerals along with micro-nutrients from your diet. Some of us can't break them all down so well and take supplements. The thyroid can be affected (in my opinion) by Bromides and Fluorides etc. that over time inhibits the ability of your thyroid to properly assimilate Iodine and could lead to thyroid problem. I believe that was the case for me, along with heredity.

Even though pill forms of vitamins and minerals seem to be the healthy option, our bodies still have to work to break them down. In most cases, the pill forms are synthetic forms of the vitamins which in the long run are not the best option for your body. What type f diet do you eat?

The best is to eat foods that have antioxidants which are fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. If you want supplements and the ones you stated are too expensive, suggest you find ones that have comparable amount of the same vitamins / minerals.

Consider Green+ or SuperFoodRX as a daily intake too which is rich in nutriments. Please consider that I'm not a doctor nor a nutritionist therefore i recommend you ask a doctor what would be a good intake for your age/weight.

Avatar f tn B12 should give you energy and Vitamin C is great but the only downfall is if you have it is excess it can cause diahrea which loses nuturients from the body. There are so so many vitamins and minerals that we need the you could very well be deficient in other vitamins or minerals. I would start by getting a Vitamin D test done by a doctor or naturopathic doctor and I would recommend getting a Meyers coctail vitamin injection done by a health doctor.

Example:I take 75% of Erfa dessicated t3/t4 combo at 6:30 AM, 25% at 11 AM and the remaining 25% at 4 PM - complicated but their it minimal T3 'rollercoaster' that way. Magnesium is best at night - thats easy. But B vitamins are kind of senseless to take in the evening - you might not sleep.
