decaf coffee prostate problems

I think dunkin donuts decaf must have a lot of caffeine. I always think they gave me regular coffee, I can drink starbucks decaf with no problems. I really want to start drinking tea again, since my palps are so bad without it anyway. There are some afternoons that I would give anything for a cup of REAL tea. Maybe I'll give it a try this weekend and see what happens.

I tried Decaf yesterday.

I'm 20 weeks and yesterday I was craving coffee so bad so I drank some decaf coffee I only drank half of the cup and it was amazing, but I'm kind NDA worried today. Did any of you guys drink coffee while pregnant?

I am 6 weeks along and all of my friends (who are moms) keeps telling me I should stop drinking coffee or switch to decaf. Here's my thing though I don't drink more then 2 cups a day so is coffee that bad for the baby? I dont have my Dr appointment for another two weeks so I thought I would ask around.

I drink coffee all day... it is not good but I'm not good without my coffee. Lol.. I have never had any trouble but I know it is thought to cause problems during pregnancy.

You can't have more than 200-250mg of caffeine a day because of a chance of preterm delivery & low birth weight . U can definitely have coffee , but not too much ..

Yes it actually does. Look it up. In the united states in order for coffee to be labeled as decaf it has to have no less than 97.5% of the caffeine taken out. But it doesn't mean it's caffeine free. So a normal cup of decaf has about 2-4 mg of caffeine, almost nothing in comparisonsto regular coffee. But in my instance I'm having trouble with my heart and am not alloud to have ANY caffeine not even decaf coffee.

You can have 2-3 cups of regular coffee, so decaf is fine.

Today, feeling adventurous I had two full shots of full strength, and only had a couple of blips all day. Some days of just decaf or no coffee at all I'll be palping all day. So go figure. If you're able to stay away from caffeine, more power to ya.

Coffee is fine. Just limit yourself to 1 or 2 drinks with caffeine a day. I drank 1 soda And 1 coffee almost everyday and i gave birth to healthy girl.

Frapps are real coffee they just have a lot of other fattening ingredients diluting the coffee. You wouldn't really be able to know the affects of the caffeine on your baby until its born. You are allowed 150-300 mg of caffiene a day which equals about 1 or 2 cups of coffee or on pop a day.

Well I drink a cup every morning and then a soda sometimes. I always have and I did when I was pregnant with my daughter too. I'm almost 37 weeks so I think it'll be okay. The coffee I brew at home isn't decaf but I should totally get it since caffeinated coffee doesn't wake me up anyways. Once I have my baby boy I really want to start exercising and just healthier in general. But I don't know if I could actually ever give up coffee.

Having coffee every once in awhile is OK, but choosing decaf is even better
