dark lips help

e the inside onw is pink and the outside one is really dark. someone suggested me to apply Kojivit plus in lips. Please advice if it will help or should I try something else.

Im a 17 year old asian male with dark lips. I was born with lighter lips but i have neglected them when i was younger. I have always peeled and ate the skin of my lips (I know disgusting lol) when i was younger and they were chapped. Everytime i went to the dentists, when i'd have my teeth pulled and they used anesthesia i'd take very hot water and test on my lips to see how i can not feel the pain. I never really cared about my lips from about 5 years old to 13.

I am a 22 year old female who for the last couple of years have suffered with darkening of lips. I suffer from eczema so i dont know if this is a contributory factor but i have periods where my lip darkens and but then goes away, only this time the lips is getting more pigmented and shows no signs of getting better. I dint have any bruises or cuts on my lips but as it was dark i could not see if that girl was having cuts/ bruises on her lips. We didnt have any sex. But this thing worries me that i didnt check for the cuts/ bruises on her lips. Am i at risk of getting infected?

my upper lips have 3-4 dark spots and I don't know if it's from the sun or not but i recently got it this year. I don't remember when but it was definately after april. On my bottom lips, some are partly red and some are dark, and there are also a few light speckles that almost form a line between the red and the dark area of the bottom lip. is there a way to reverse this or treat this discoloration because it REALLY bothers me! thanks! i also got a photo.

Thank you so much for the reply! The dark spot itself is gone ... but my lips get painfully dry and flaky still. So, I will definitely try taking Vitamin B complex. I stopped taking multivits but I can get back into that as well. I also read somewhere that it could be from hormonal changes & around the time the dark spot cropped up I had started taking birth control again ... might that have been a cause as well? I started using Vaseline earlier in the week & that has really helped!

can you tell me if the vitamin E cream has helped you in the long run and if the dark skin in and around the corner of the lips has disappeared ? My son last July got thèse cold sores for the first time on his lips right after a conjunctivitis and healed from it but just few weeks later we had to travel to India and it turned more darker and visible...as if He was having a moustache ...guess that list the hot weather that have accelerated the darkness...

I have dark skin patches on my forehead and around my lips and they are really dark. And when I say dark I mean they are really dark.
