I looked into it and found out that there has been an 18 year cover up by 'teflon' regarding the dangers of using these pans. The black coating inside the pan is made up of chemicals, all of which go into our food once the pan is heated. They also off gas into the atmosphere. Once the chemicals are in our fat cells, organs and bones they are impossible to get out never breaking down once that they're in our system. Teflon pans also cause phlegm...
Now I found more people chewing gum or eating candy with higher concentrations of mint. I can't go anywhere, yes anywhere at all. I have had to rush out of the grocery store or even leave movie theaters because of this. I only enjoy open areas like the park.
That was really nice of you to say. Cursedtoo - smoking pot caused my PATM to be really bad too because it caused paranoia, which is stress. I plan on smoking again in the future, after I have dealt with my stress first.
The reason I like this book, Vicki, is because it was written by an actual MD, so I always feel safer with that being the case. I'm a big fan of nutritional therapy, but there are plenty of dangers and precautions that come with taking anything out of the norm, you know, not to mention the threat that one can develop different dependancies to several vitamins and herbs. Amino acid therapy tends to be even more complex.
- allergy test = negative (I know I'm allergic to cats but that's it so I avoid them like the plague) - stopped drinking any form of alcohol for a year - stopped smoking - completely changed diet and would remove an item (i.e diary, wheat, etc) each time I got an attack. If the removal of that food didn't work and I'd get another attack I'd add it back to my diet and remove another item, and so on.
Unfortunately, I'm at my worst when I'm weakened by allergies (spring) or a cold, so I have to 'wait' for one or the other to trigger a wave of episodes to convince this doctor (or myself) the accuracy of his diagnosis. Meanwhile, does your epi pen work? I thought epi pens were for severe allergic reactions? What have your doctors suggested causes your episodes and what was their solution? (If you don't mind my asking...I'm not feeling very confident in my doctors right now.

Today I went for a lower back MRI and had a hard time holding still because of feeling crampy and cold. All of the docs say it is a coincidence that any of my problems started shortly after receiving the implant. I have sent blood in for the Melisa test, but wonder if a reaction will show being I was not able to refrain from using inhalers for five days. The implant has adhered to the bone and looks "perfect".
so to speak that I can tell of. It's been going on longer, but less noticeable, now since I do not talk sleeping meds any more, it's all that I can notice... Symptoms are strange sensations on my skin. The sensation is it feels like there are "invisible bugs" crawling on, and/or biting my skin. No actual bites, rashes, bugs, sores, or anything of the nature is ever visible. Occurs more at night, while laying down than any other time.
4. After a minute of sweating I suddenly feel something coming out of my rear end. I try to squeeze it out and only a hard stool comes out. 5. The sweating stops and the stomach cramp subsides. I think everything is over and I clean up. I walk out of the toilet and in about 2 minutes time the stomach cramp and the fainting sensation comes back (I've fainted only once to date from this and was out for about 15-20 minutes). 6.
