Here is my general diet
eggs, alot of water and very little if any soda within a month, skim milk, bran cereal, pasta, ground turkey burgars/regular burgars, fish, lunch meat, white bread, vegetables and fruits such as green beans, baked beans, green peppers, garlic, onions, corn, braccoli, salads, tomatoes, occasionally apples and strawberries, and radishes. I also put oil and
vinegar on my salads if I go out to eat. I cook mostly with olive oil.
