I worry that this eye will just collapse one day, because of all the visual distress that worsens daily. Definitely ask your doctor. It may be a waste of time and money. If you're taking more vitamins than you need you can end up with very expensive urine (meaning your body will just get rid of them) or kidney stones.

Hi Im 8 weeks 4days along and Ive been taking my vitamins daily until last week and missed 3 days because i just couldnt bring myself to swallow them. Nausea and gagging has become a problem. i take the following vitamins on a daily basis. they are as follows- cod liver oil, evening primrose oil, multivitamin, zinc, magnesium, vitamin d, vitamin c and zinc. are they all safe to take?

It is great you are working out and controlling your food intake. If you are working out you are building lean muscle, not losing muscle. Suggest getting your protein for food sources, not pills. Protein from food has additional vitamins and minerals and possible fiber, depending on the protein source. Recommend a regular multi-vitamin, without protein.

I'm 7.5 wks w/ twins (after having 2 mc this summer) and have been having bleeding since week 6. I had vaginal ultrasounds @ 6wks & 7wks - both times Dr prepared us for the worst but then everything was fine. External ultrasound is scheduled at 8wks to verify progression. The first two "major" bleeding episodes were bright gushes of blood a couple hours after moderate activity (up & down stairs, bending, cleaning) followed by days of dark brown when i would wipe.
