so I know an unhealthy decision, but I started taking meltdown (
fat burner) twice a day and started two a day workouts to try to shed the
fat...to no avail, I just got fatter....I have NO ENERGY, NO SEX DRIVE, NO MOTIVATION...very unlike me...I am DESPERATE for answers! Here is my blood work below:

TSH-.01 (WAY LOW...should be .4-4.5)
