Has there been a class action lawsuit for the recall of contaminated lot number in the fall of 2017 ?

Hi, I don't have a tv, but know from experience that alot of antidepressants act as pain relievers. Lexapro was one I recall, but honestly I believe many of them raise your tolerance for pain. Part of the chemical make up. A nice side effect.

Could it be the mesh over time affecting the immune system? There has been a recall on surgical mesh. Have these women checked to see what brand/type of surgical mesh has been used? Could the mesh be the culprit of these symptoms? Can you tell me if the Tram Flap Reconstruction problems that I hear about all over the internet be associated with the Pelvic Mesh class action lawsuit. Thousands of women have gone through the same kind of injuries and side effects as the women who have undergone the Hernia Mesh, Transvaginal Mesh, and Abdominal Mesh surgical procedure. This reconstruction has put women lives in danger and should be label an extreme danger to women lives.

BUT, im mad because i know the dr will tell my dad. And, i cant have that. I dont want my family knowing. Do i have any course of a lawsuit? What do i do? I want to talk to my fam dr but im embarrassed becasue i feel like he wont understand and he will look at me as a dope addict. I never dr shopped, ever. Never.

Don't take abilify with Cymbalta! I take Cymbalta and then I was also put on abilify shortly before my family and I went on vacation to Disneyworld and it was the worst time I ever had! I felt like I was going to jump out of my skin! I was so agitated and could not sleep. I would pace at night! I did get off abilify when I got back and am just on Cymbalta now and am better but I am experiencing things like headaches and heart palpitations so may be getting off Cymbalta, too.

I am looking for any advice I can get. I am considering joining a lawsuit against Cymbalta. Has anyone been involved in any?

I have been prescribed more anti-depressants than I can hardly recall. Most were new on the market, thus very expensive.They were of little benefit. Recently my MD. gave me some samples of 50 mg. of Seroquel XR. After reading the info with the medication, it says Seroquel is prescribed for bi-polar disorder. In my case I don't get the up or manic phase. I was hoping that this medication may be helpful for depression alone.

I have been put on Cymbalta medication 60 mg at night to replace the 50mg of amitriptyline I was taking. I have taken it for nearly 2 weeks and there seems to be pros and cons. I also take 400mg of Lyrica a day. The amitriptyline was giving me a good nights sleep, but was not overly helping the neuropathic pain once awake, it also left a really bad taste in my mouth and I found myself eating constantly, and piling on wieght.

What dosage are you going to try with Trazedone? Traz works wonders for me. I'm currently on Cymbalta but was having some sleeping problems. I tried zopiclone (my god that stuff was nasty) but never felt rested. My doctor prescribed me 50mgs of trazodone to treat the symptoms of depression... key word there... symptoms. 50mgs is a LOW dose. I take it at night. I don't even recall the last time I've slept so well. I'm completely off any benzos because of trazodone.

Wow,,another med thats being over prescribed..Sounds like the story with the Cymbalta..Some say it's given them their live's back and some have said had they had any idea as to the wd's associated with that stuff (which the warnings were void of except for that "might cause" statement),,,That they would have never touched it. I did a short spell withit back 3 or 4 years ago and jumped off of it after a month as real weird things started happening.

If there is a lawyer in the area whose done a lawsuit like this, they can steer you in the direction of a knowledgeable doctor with the tramadol and side effects. Also, at least here, these types of case are done on a contingent basis, so that means that you don't pay unless you win and the attorney fees will come out of your award. Good luck to you!

some people may remember the lawsuit a year ago that resulted in the banning of generic oxycodone ER, and perhaps the brand manufacturer underestimated demand. At any rate, it has been a problem in many parts of the country. With a nod toward the concerns listed in the earlier posts, the closest thing to oxycodone available is oxymorphone, which is sold as Opana and Opana ER.

Oh...and before that I went from effexor to cymbalta. I don't recall withdrawing. I think I just switched straight over.
