congrats on day 8, way to go, keep up the good work. just wanted to comment on the depression. I take
cymbalta for depression and i have discovered something that really helps. GROUND FLAXSEED. you have to grind it. i grind mine in a coffee grinder, cheap one i got at walmart. i get the flaxseed at any health food store. i put it in my hot cereal in the morning. you can put it in any food. the essential fatty acids are so helpful for depression. anyway, so proud of you, keep posting.
