cyclobenzaprine dosage by weight

Have been on lorazepam and cyclobenzaprine muscle relaxers then have been taking them rather frequently but still following the proper dosage instructions. Started getting respitory depression think I almost died....stopped breathing in sleep...lungs seemed depleted yet constricted...weak in the diaphragm. Went off it now and now feeling what seems almost like heart attack symptoms.

Can I take Hydrocodone 10/325, Cyclobenzaprine 10mg, and Tramadol 50mg together safely?

I dont post much (read a lot though)...a little over 3 weeks clean (again, LOL)... My right shoulder has been killing me the last 2-3 weeks, and this weekend, seems to have gotten worse; Doc said on Fri, most likely muscular...went through the weekend with Tylenol and today, pain is even worse. I asked him for something "non-narcotic" (he knows about my addiction) and he suggested Cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxer).

Hi. I am wanting to quit taking Cyclobenzaprine. I took 20mg a day off and on, like twice a week for 2 years, and then started taking the 20 mg every day for the last 13 years. I plan to wean off, and am wondering what to expect as of withdrawal symptoms. Also, does anyone know of a natural med I could take in it's place?

Has anyone heard that the dosage is based on your weight? My numbers are perfect, according to the doctor, however, I am always tired, have reflux problems that the gastro doesn't understand why, I am constantly having hard stools, not gaining or losing weight, and getting very frustrated. I keep thinking I need my dosage raised but no one will listen to me. Am I thinking the right way or not? Help! Need your advise.

I then discovered on my own that the numbness could be related to my long term use of Cyclobenzaprine. So, by Aug. 11th, 2009 I stopped all medication to cleanse my system. It is now Sept. 7, 2009 and the numbness and tingling has diminished, but seems to act up when I work on my computer, I am a digital artist, or position my body a certain way. The numbness never completely goes away. I want to know, could my symptoms be related to my meds or my neck injury, or something else?

I am wondering if anyone has gained weight on Celebrex? I have a sprained lumbar, lumbago syndrome with back spasms. I can't take narcotic pain meds. Any alternative to Celebrex? Naproxen does nothing for my pain.

My new doctor prescribed me Cyclobenzaprine for my muscles spams but I take celexa on my regular basis. I remember he told me to be careful in no combining those two. Tonight, I took my celexa around 1am. At 3:55am, I forgot I took the celexa and I took Cyclobenzaprine. Do you think is something I should be worry? I looked online about the drug interaction and they say could be deadly. I am very worry. Any advice of what I can do? Do I gonna be okay?

My thyroid has been up and down during this time. I am currently on a dosage of Synthroid of 200 mcg. My tsh has been changing. For example last May my tsh went to 24 with normal t3 and t4. My doctor put my Synthroid up to the 200 mcg from 175mcg. He wanted to check it in 3 months. I went back at the 3 month mark and my tsh was at 12 and normal t3 and t4. He told me I had to wait another 2 months to check the tsh again and that he didn't think I was absorbing the Synthroid.

While an initial dosage be weight based, the ending dosage shouldn't be based on either. It should be based on FT3 and FT4 levels, as well as symptoms. You should not be worried about your TSH, you should be worried about your FT levels.

Doctor prescribed me Lyrica 75mg twice daily for nerve pain and cyclobenzaprine 10mg three times daily as a muscle relaxer..Has anybody had this combination of drugs prescribed for them? Did you feel sleepy alot? Any dizziness?Any help would be appreciated..

I am 37 years old male. Hight 5.8 weight 78 a nit fatty having tummy . I was suffering lower back pain for the last 6 years. but for the last 2-3 months it was svere . I consulted the orthopedic. who advise me MRI and certain exercises. As per my MRI Report "Normal Alignment and curvature with moderate disc osteophytic degeneration at L4/5/S1 segments.

I am just so tired and frustrated.....the doctor has me on lantus at night....he started me out taking 10 and now I'm up to 44 at night and I'm still waking up with 315...I stayed 315 all day aftr taking 44 last night....the doctors want me to slow walk the lantus into my system...went to ER on Sunday because my fasting Bs was 404 They are confident that my BS is going to drop..I was taking hemalog 50/50 my new doctor feels it was wrong for me...at least i had lows...

hi just a question about steroid use. I dont have MS but was recently diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis after having a brain biopsy 3 weeks ago. Several months ago I was on IVIG which really didn't help my symptoms, so now I'm going to try a trial of prednisone. My neurologist wants to start me on 60mg then slowly taper my dosage. I'm so nervous because I've been reading all the side effects to this large of a dose.

Endo doubles my dosage of tapazole to 30 mg per day. The symptoms slowed down. Now in March I gained weight - 15 lbs, think I am HYPO so I am going to cut down the tapazole and get blood work done. Diet has not changed at all. Is weight gain normal after high dose of tapazole. I think it was extreme for endo to put my dose from 15 to 30 mg per day ? My last reading said 19 - after a month of being at 30 mgs per day. Its two months later - and I gained 15 lbs and feel tired all the time.
