folds on my eyeball (on the white of my eye) when i move my eyeball i can feel Wrinkles/fold. I have a redness, browness, little bit rash, and weird looking wrinkles/scales near the border of my lips. I have the whitest of white skin, too, and it does show every little thing. I look at the sun from inside and get freckles. If you decide to do anything, ONLY do it under the care of a certified/licensed dermatologist. Don't do it yourself, and don't buy some kit at the store.
But really, you have a nice face. Teen years are full of hormone changes that do awful things to our skin. See a dermatologist if you must, but I suspect you think it's really bad when it really isn't.
Hello. I've had this issue for about 2+ years now and I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it. The skin located around my stomach region has become darker and also rougher. It's also constantly dry, despite putting lotion on it to moisten it up. On a normal day, looking down on it would reveal a grayish color, indicating the dryness of the skin. When I scratch it, it gets ashy and leaves a white mark.

You should most definitely be on estrogen ( I use Divigel ) for sure. That should help some. I also take Biotin supplement ( it's good for hair, nails and skin )

That seems to soften fine lines well, but do not get it in your eyes because it has enough acid to cause a burning sensation.
