If you coupon at all you can start stocking up when there are good deals. There's great charts online to show you if their a good price. But for bigger stuff it might be worth to wait if you're gonna have a baby shower. If you register at babies r us they give you 10 percent off things that were not bought on your registry.
I had about 4-5 things bought off my registry, but they give you a coupon for 15-20% off your entire registry so I still think it is still worth it. The coupon saved me a few hundred bucks.
I wear TAP 3 appliance. Did a sleep study with Resmed Appnealink Plus. 4 Apnea, 12 Hypoapnea/M , AHI 19, Average O2 saturation 93%, lowest 83% once,pulse h 101, low 50, avg 74
then I wore Auto CPAP s9 along with TAP3 and AHI was 0, All Apnea are gone, O2 average was 95% but lowest desaturation episode was 76%, once, pulse H 104,lowest 47 and average 72
Why does this lowest desaturation event up to 83% occur even with CPAP ? Is this a clinically significant to seek an opinion ?

I'm a first time mom as well. But I started my registry when I was about 20 weeks. It took me a long time since there's so much research I wanted to do on brands and look at reviews and stuff. So I suggest the sooner the better. I registered at target since there are more targets around me then babys r us. Plus target isn't as pricey on some things. I was able to manage my registry online and through the app while on the go.
One time I even filled in a survey I received in the mail that promised after doing so I would get over $500 worth of coupons - a few months later I received a coupon for $0.50 off a food item and a coupon for $499.99 off a brand new car (or course the car cost over 30k).

So I bought fabric with a 50% off coupon and got boxes from around my moms house and diaper boxes and wrapped them and boy do they look nice!! Plus they are personalized with whatever I wanted on them!! Just an idea for others that are on a budget.
My best advice is to coupon and get diapers as well as everything else you need little by little so when the baby arrives I focus on bills and not bills plus baby needs. By the time they do a shower for us e will have had diapers from size 1-4, clothing, baby items that e got cheap like swing and crib, as week as toilet items, laundry soap, hand soap, lotion, as well as body wash and shampoo and conditioner.

Have any of you registered at Target and had trouble getting your 15% off coupon for registry completion? I haven't gotten my coupon yet. I called customer service and they told me the coupon code was emailed to me Nov. 5. I hadn't gotten it, so they said they would resend it and even though it's coming through email, it would take a week or 2 for me to get it.
I had to discontinue using my cpap, due to chronic lung infections. Changing the tubing, keeping it spotless, did not help prevent infection for me. Stopping the cpap treatment, is the only thing that prevented the chronic lung infections...and I always used the humitifer, which never helped prevent any infection... I regret ever having the sleep study and I regret what all the money and time it cost me, and the suffering of 3 years of lung infections...I am so done using the cpap treatment!
