I'm on 27 days of Diltriazam and some wierd side effects are still there. I'm getting use to the uncomfortable gas and am keeping the constipation at bay with Miralax. I have had many headaches and lots of wierd tired spells. Will Cozar help with the chest pains from the MVP?

As lagoya mentioned, you may or may not experience side effects. If so, they range from annoying side effects to serious side effects. If it's helpful, when I took flecainide, I had weird dreams, shakiness, tremors and gastointestinal problems. It wasn't horrible, but it was bothersome enough that the doctor switched me to rhythmol. i don't know about the dreams, but mood swings and lack of concentration are most definitely side effects.

If you want to increase your exercise for health benefits, I personally would not do it. Research is showing that overdoing it damages heart muscle. Endurance athletes are more likely to develop harmful arrhythmias. Getting your heart rate into the target zone for your age group for 30 minutes per day is fine. In years past it was felt that more=better. That is quickly changing. Calcium Channel Blockers (CCBs like verapamil) would probably be your next choice.

Genetic's doctor spoke of two beta blocking drugs for 'aorta root dilatation'. Atenalo and Cozaar. Take amidiarone for arrythmia - take half the recommended dose to avoid some side effects, ie., lower pulse rate. rarely have Arrythmia now. Take one Cozaar 50mgs daily. BP recently about 165/85. While the Inderal has helped lower the BP and heart rate, I am having significant side effects from it and just wondered if others had experienced the same thing. I am quite fatigued but the most disturbing thing is I'm having very vivid and scary dreams. Has this happened to anyone else?

I found it is great medication and works very well. To my knowledge there are no damaging side effects to the drug since it was prescribed to me by my gastroligist. Since your blood pressure seems to be under control then you probably dont need the "Cozaar". However you should mention it to your doctor and check your blood pressure at least weakly for a while.

I'm glad Tramadol is working for you. Does it help you sleep better? Just a thought - if you are sleeping harder and maybe on your back you could be having those dreams because you are really experiencing a feeling like you are drowning while you are sleeping - if that makes sense? Maybe try using pillows so you don't end up on your back while you sleep?

I'll tell you a funny story- my first week on Lyrica- I accidentally backed out of my garage when the garage door was only half way open.

My Doctor just switch my medication from 150 mg of Effexor XR to 400 mg of Seroquel XR. I dropped my dosage of Effexor gradually but I still experienced terrible withdrawl. Now I am experiencing bad side effects, " I'm guessing ths", from the Seroquel. I have gained weight in my stomach area very rapidly, I have pain and stiffness in my legs, 24 hour dry mouth and sinuses and I feel like I could cry at the drop of a hat.

Many of the antidepressants can cause stomach issues. I can't really recommend anything because I'm not a Dr but I think you should talk to your Dr about this and ask what you can safely take with the Effexor.

Can you go have the Cozaar filled at another pharmacy?

I have been prescribed Acebutolol for PVC's and I am literally exhausted since beginning this medication but I didn't see that as one of the side effects. Also, my vision is blurred. Is this normal?

The Dr put me on Bystolic, but it was samples and there is no information on side effects. I have started having stomach problems and acid reflux lately. Can the Bystolic be causing this? What would be other good choices?

ve stayed with it the longest. My question is regarding the side effects. Occasionally I will notice an internal restless feeling -- usually lasts a few days. It's almost like I feel kind of antsy. My sleep is not disturbed -- I sleep normal as usual. I've also noticed, and have in the past, that I have some twitches. Various muscles in my body will twitch from time to time.
