Avatar f tn Well I have been reading on another forum that it can happen will all of the meds iincluding copaxone which really surprised me. I was just wondering how many on this board experienced it.
572651 tn?1530999357 It really warms my heart, knowing that Teva is so concerned for our safety. And I'm sure this has absolutely nothing to do with concerns about Biogen cutting into their market share.
Avatar f tn Linda, I know you are on Tysabri with great luck. But if I'm thinking right, Tysabri wouldn't be offered to a first time DMD user unless there were highly unusual circumstances. It is considered a drug to be used only when only the CRAB drugs were ineffective.
Avatar f tn well to al,l i have been on copaxone 4 a couple years-doing ok then arm started electric shocks, felt like muscle coming off bone- so he decieded to do this gilenya-id do my research on it- but it seems to be better with the trials. so i didnt have much to lose -i do take it at night, cause it makes you a little nausous-and sleep through it!!
1936411 tn?1333831849 I'm not a Copaxone user, so I can't help there.
1373769 tn?1278603610 I am a copaxone user, as are many others here. If you search this community you will find a ton a discussions about copaxone. Feel free to start a new conversation about it when the time comes to start using it. It usually takes about 6 months or so for the copaxone (or any of the other DMD's) to work effectively. Essentially these drugs are retraining our immunie system and that doesn't happen quickly.
1084398 tn?1277304810 The Copaxone rep called me yesterday to discuss my refills. I have some questions that maybe some of you can answer. She asked me if I was was still taking Copaxone or a different MS drug with Copaxone, or instead of Copaxone. In the 8 months I've been on Copaxone, I've never been asked this question before. I know the new pill is out, but is anyone here taking the new medicine? and if so... does it work, do you like it? why did you choose to take this?

1059772 tn?1286655190 DV - I finally have seen the price billed to my insurance company for my copaxone, because there was a change in the specialty pharmacy. My co-pay is $50 and my insurance was billed $3,105. Quite a difference from the Canadian price. The Ampyra is over $1,000/month. The verdict is still out whether it is worth it or not. Thanks, Helen, for bringing up this topic, again.
Avatar m tn Utilize tyre comparison websites that allow you to compare prices, features, and user reviews for different tire models. This can help you make an informed decision. Local Online Marketplaces: Depending on your location, check local online marketplaces or automotive forums where individuals or businesses might be selling tyres. Ensure that the seller is reputable and the tyres are genuine.
1637739 tn?1371688706 Unfortunately, it appears our bodies use this time to ramp up defenses against Copaxone and/or the preservative contained in the solution. [I met a long term Copaxone user once who had NO problems with injection site reactions UNTIL Teva tweaked their manufacturing to allow limited storage of the drug at room temperature. I believe a preservative was changed or added at that time. It’s convenient to not always refrigerate.
1369165 tn?1282173954 I too am a Copaxone girl. 7 months as of today. I chose Copaxone because bad depression runs in my family and liver issues so I wanted to avoid the other shots. ok a shot everyday though not fun is really not a big deal as far as pain goes. (it is shallow and fast) There are some side affects that people have had trouble with but to date here is all that I have had: 1) I had a weird rash all over my torso...did not itch or hurt was just there....
Avatar f tn The nurse is coming back tomorrow to try to fit me with a better mask. I have been reading lots of reviews and am not being very incouraged by them. I slept in the spare room yesterday and my husband said he came in and said the air pressure was very noisy! I am getting really depressed over this. I have panic disorder and this is difinetly not helping. Please can you advise me! Is it going to get better?
1044526 tn?1254514545 At least I know Shared Solutions (copaxone) has a place on their site where you can put in your zip code and they will list any programs scheduled in your area. The other mfgs probably have the same feature. And you don't have to be a user of their particular drug to attend their talks. With all the fine medical schools in your area, there has to be some active patient groups affiliated with them. I would also check the MS clinics in your area and ask them about patient groups.
612551 tn?1450022175 ve decided that is what Jasper is) to clean up his teeth and hopeful improve his gums. The spray I am using has very high user ratings and I have gotten some testimony on it use from a couple of friends who use it on their dogs. There are several pictures of Jasper in my picture gallery. I use PetZLite and the listed ingredients are strangely missing any unknown chemical names. I have used it twice a day for about 20 days and am now using it on Jasper once a day.
695000 tn?1316136048 What Lulu and Deb have told you is right on. I too, am a Copaxone user and have been injecting for a year now. I've been through a tough year with stress, due to my father's death and I would have expected a relapse, after that. Nothing. Just a temporary increase in old symptoms. So I DO think the Copaxone is working. It doesn't help with the symptoms, from what I am told by the nurses at Shared Solutions.
568659 tn?1256139982 s a double stroller that can convert to a sit and stand when you remove the back seat. The user reviews are good, but i want to see it in action.
Avatar n tn I have not been DX or have I gone to the doc. I just have these weird symptoms and would like to chat with someone about them.
8726042 tn?1399978830 I just saw a couple reviews where they found magots in parents choice brand cereals and formulas
Avatar m tn I suggest you read about your med at rxlist.com (which also has user reviews that may be of direct interest). This site's design is such that your answer may be better found through googling: medhelp.org + brintellix, to view earlier individual questions that included this mention of this med. For example, this is often discussed in the Depression community.
Avatar n tn We heard about this product on internet, we saw some positive reviews from their users as well. So, we order this product with lot of expectation, not a good time to judge this product as she just started, but of course she looks more relax and calm than before, now we are hoping for some best treatment from Menersa.
Avatar f tn Been a while since I checked in here. Things are going well. I inject Copaxone in the evening, and the injectionsite reactions are doable. My first followup MRI comes up in May. Here's hoping there are no new lesions. I take the n-acetyl glucosamine as a supplement, too. I have gone back to college again at 59. Need to finish my BA. Psychology/English. I might go for my Masters in Psychology. So I am only on one med, and I am in Secondary Progressive. Could be worse.
