Our punishments (taking away electronic devices, making him stay in his room for an evening, going to bed early) are not deterring his behavior at school and his teachers and principal are also getting frustrated with him. We are at the point where we just don't know what to do. Is he just a problem child, or is there something we can be doing to help him succeed in school and in his social life?

I took a look at the image CD myself and noticed some issues with the final report, worksheet and the actual images. On the images, the left thyroid has a measurement tool highlighting the nodule. It shows 10mm x 5mm and another image showing the height of 7mm. So I would expect 10mm x 5mm x 7mm, but the final report says 8mm x 7mm x 5mm, which I don't see anywhere in the images.

It would help if you could talk to your teachers and see what they say as well. See about bringing work home etc.

Last night i woke up serveral times with terrible contractions but they stopped...now im at drs and my cervix has def changed im dialated to a 4 and 50 percent effaced... I been having some small bleeding since 8:30 this morning eeek idk whats going on... Dr is making me watch my pee for the next 24 hrs because my blood pressure is a little high and now im waiting for another ultrasound just to check handsomes fluids...

Ewww tuff one. My first reaction was good for them. Get rid of crappy teachers, but then I'm thinking we don't pay our teachers enough for such an important job. I haven't heard the whole story yet, but from what I've heard so far, the teachers were not willing to put in the extra time needed. You can look up birth plans on the internet, and sometimes your doctor will provide you with a worksheet for one. Mine gave me a seven page packet for a birth plan that explains what my options for medication/freedom of movement/relaxation tecniques are. It gives me space to write what my feelings are about each option, and covers a lot more then what I wrote above. Just remember your birthplan is going to be a guideline for them to follow your wishes. It's not a contract for you or them.

So I went with my OB and she gave me some pills to relax my uterus and hopefully decrease my contractions by 40%. Hopefully we can can get 2 more weeks out of my son in here. Im on strict bed rest. Im still at 2cm but she said it could easily go to a 3. Cant go to school untill after my baby is here. Never been on such bed rest feel like im going insane. And its only been a couple of days. But anything for my lil pumpkin.

We are at our wits end trying to figure his situation out. He's been seen by school counselors therepists pediatric doctors etc with no real solid anser for what's going on with him. Suspensions in his world are nothing! In fact he's serving an in school suspension today.

Glad you were still safe on the highway. Always interesting that the contractions come on suddenly and unpredictably, whenever they want to. Keeps us almost due ladies on our toes. WIth my youngest, I sat through a Kindergarten orientation meeting having contractions the entire time. I thought my water was going to break at any moment. Water broke 2 days later soon after we arrived back home from a Mother's Day brunch.

I have a second grader that can't seem to keep focused at school he sits in the front row and the teacher constantly has to make sure he is following along with the rest of the class and usually he's not he's somewhere else on the page, they do one side of a worksheet together as a class, but he just cannot follow along. I know it isn't ADHD because he can sit still and he isn't disruptive. WHat else can we do.

They gave me a worksheet and they say after you eat to Lay down and relax and count every movement you feel for an hour but once you hit ten you're good.

Complaints such as skipping class to hide/eat candy in the bathroom, running away from the teachers, talking back, punching/hitting other classmates (is on the bully list), throwing food at lunchtime, will not remain quiet during class, stuffing paper towels in the toilet to cause it to overflow and the list goes on and on... I do not "spank" I take TV/toys away and time out for punishment. Which she could careless about when done.

Plus most of those days were outside and or had alot of being active involved my son could not even do school plays without me there which were done during school hours he has developmental delays teachers aides other teachers/staff are great with kids and the parents just not the teacher he had lets just i am greatly relief less stressed since today was last school day but my doctor has been away informed of why i was stressed out alot and he even said glad to see your not stressed out I
