Avatar f tn So in conclusion, without being able to see the images and the complete report, and from what you described I would read that report as normal. Good luck.
Avatar f tn My nuclear cardiology - myocardial perfusion interpretation worksheet stated that my ejection fraction was 98%. I phoned the nuclear medicine dept. to express my concern that this was incorrect. After they reviewed the test results, the new revised worksheet shows ejection fraction = 92%. Is this possible?
1003723 tn?1306252350 Yeah, going to the hospital and getting a tour and asking all those questions to see if what you want in your birth plan are available is defiantly the right thing to do. Our birth plan changed based on what the hospital had (changed for the better that is). When you tour and ask what things are available to mothers during the birthing process you might hear of things you wouldn't have thought to put.
Avatar f tn Im going on a lil holiday camping and we have a boat and jet ski. I would ask my doc but dont see her untill I get back and dont want to call her so advice? Im 30 weeks on tuesday and heading camping on the weekend for a week. Obviously a lot of bumps wouldnt be safe, but is it okay to ride on a jet ski and go for boat rides? Considering the water to be fairly flat. How about going on a ski biscuit too? Could it cause labor to come early or should it be fine?
11533887 tn?1422330747 Alright feel like I'm having minor contractions, is there any healthy activities I can do around the house to help see if they continue ect?
Avatar m tn I took a look at the image CD myself and noticed some issues with the final report, worksheet and the actual images. On the images, the left thyroid has a measurement tool highlighting the nodule. It shows 10mm x 5mm and another image showing the height of 7mm. So I would expect 10mm x 5mm x 7mm, but the final report says 8mm x 7mm x 5mm, which I don't see anywhere in the images.
Avatar f tn I had an appointment on July 7, at that point I was 34 weeks and 4 days also my doctor checked me and I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. This is second child but I'm having contractions daily and a throbbing pain between my legs I'm so uncomfortable and he's dropped so low at this point I'm 35 weeks and 4 days. I never sleep. With my first I never dilated but I went into labor on my own at 40 weeks.
Avatar f tn I looks it up on dr sites and they have a really good example of one on pintrest
Avatar f tn Thank you so much for your advice and time I tried pineapple last night and has contractions for like 1 hour of and on fell asleep counting them LOL 6 days left and nothing but false contractions and giving my hopes up
Avatar n tn my neck like roller coasters and horse back riding. But - even though it is probably more dangerous - I still ski. I just can't give up EVERYTHING I love. I figure, if I want to be careful, I'll stay in bed all day!! But I'd rather keep living.
1622896 tn?1562364967 Hi can anyone tell me how to clear My Friends Activities , People i don't know just appear on it and is annoying , Thank you .
Avatar f tn They stopped the contractions when I went into the hospital but I am on my feet for 6-8 hours at work and afraid I will start having contractions again.
Avatar f tn I hate to say you will know, but you will. For me my contractions got close together and really intense. So much so that I couldn't talk during my contractions and had to force myself to breathe. Timing your contractions is really the key, if you get them 3-5 mins apart for at least an hour and they are really intense then it might be baby time. It typically doesn't happen right after you use your plug. I went into labor weeks after I lost my plug.
Avatar n tn I had a full body CAT scan and it revealed nothing especially an aneurysm. Recently in the last year I have suffered severe fatigue and find it hard to even do minor activities. The doctors keep prescribing me antidepressants and they are no help. Could my strong pulse be related to regurgitaion in the left valve of the heart? Is there specific questions I should ask my doctor?
Avatar n tn He is very smart, and likes to learn but when the teacher hands him a worksheet, he looks at them and gets overwhelmed. He can do all the problems on the sheet but just the idea of having to do so many at once sends him into a fit. I've seen it over and over again. He blurts out "This is too much!" he slams his books down, kicks chairs and is just really disruptive.
Avatar f tn Is anyone experiencing Braxton hicks contractions yet? What are the symptoms and how can you tell the difference between these and real ones?
5549102 tn?1376522673 You can look up birth plans on the internet, and sometimes your doctor will provide you with a worksheet for one. Mine gave me a seven page packet for a birth plan that explains what my options for medication/freedom of movement/relaxation tecniques are. It gives me space to write what my feelings are about each option, and covers a lot more then what I wrote above. Just remember your birthplan is going to be a guideline for them to follow your wishes. It's not a contract for you or them.
Avatar f tn Today we went to target, which practically killed me, and i had a couple of contractions there. that was earlier today and they stopped. then i woke up from my nap and had 1 long painful contraction. i dont kno wheter its real or not. im 38 weeks. i heard your whole uterus balls up...and it has. before when i was dealin with bh contractions it felt like it was just really really down low. and this isnt. but when it balls up i try and relax it and cant. are these fake or not.
Avatar f tn I was on Celexa for a year and a half and did very well on it. It really gave me myself back. But I stopped taking it because it made me gain weight, which in and of itself was really depressing. The whole time I was on it, I exercised like a fiend and didn't eat that much. But it dramatically increased my craving for carbs, so I blew up like a mini whale, no matter how much I exercised. I've been off of it for more than a year, and still exercise like mad. But I cannot lose the weight.
Avatar f tn I have read all my school books did every worksheet possible. I bought a smart TV for Netflix and watch most of everything on it. Don't have any friends and don't have a bf and my bd just doesn't exist. Ugh!! Help???
8761100 tn?1399725825 Wow that's alot to deal with. Maybe take a warm bath, yoga poses, deep breathing exercises? Maybe reach out to a friend or family member in your time of need, that's what they are there for. Also you could talk to a doctor about your stress and anxiety. Just getting it all out helps so much. And I'm sure they have ideas for stress relief. Good luck.
12155605 tn?1437372946 m so tired and I feel my body giving up smh I just wanna rest all day I have contractions everyday all day it's so uncomfortable I can't sleep and I have A 15 month old I have to attend to with her school activities I'm so tired
Avatar f tn After 16hrs or contractions I finally got my second and last steroid shot. They checked me and I progressed only to 4cm and 60% in That tIme period.. then my contractions stopped! So today they sent me home at 4 1/2 cm and 90% effaced.. because they think i have an irritable uterus (by definition it's contractions that do not cause your cervix to dilate) seeing how I was fully closed and long on Mon there goes that theory.
Avatar f tn I started having contractions really bad if I am active at about 22weeks with this pregnancy and went to the hospital and found out I have a irritable uterus and have to be very careful with what I am doing. I am on restricted activities. It's best to be safe call or go in.
