contractions vs stomach ache

I started having contractions @ 25 weeks and I would feel them coming from my back to the front of my belly and they would get stronger , im not 35 weeks and I feel Braxton hicks once in a while they're not as strong as menstrual cramps and they also do not increase in pain

My lower stomach has been cramping pretty bad on and off for about 5 days now. When I get one of the bad cramps my stomach gets really hard. No back pain in particular but the cramping makes my back ache or my whole lower half of my ache. It's been about 5 days since this started but nothing consistent enough to time. Im 3 centimeters and 5 days over due. Supposed to be induced any time between tomorrow and Saturday. So im kind of Just going with the flow here.

Back labor is more like a dull ache and then will get more intense then back to an ache. As u progress the pain will get stronger and stronger . u time when you feel the tightening of the belly or the back ache increase . then when it ends u will be able to breathe better .

I'm 38 weeks today just wondering has anyone experience stomach ache s there last few weeks of pregnancy?

When I started getting contractions it felt like pain in my lower stomach and back many say like mentstral cramps but it didn't feel like that at first till later well at least for me

Not like im going to be sick, but an actual ache, like an ache you would have in your back. Its hurts more when I try to sit up, or bend over. im 29wks, anyone know what this may be? Is it normal? my baby has been moving alot which is good.

They are kinda hard to explain. Id say like bad period pains or belly ache pains you get when you have a bad stomach. You will definatley know what they are when you get them though lol.

Contractions feel nothing like Braxton Hicks contractions. They are very painful whereas BH contractions are just uncomfortable. It's hard to explain how they feel but you will definitely know when you are having them. They are pretty powerful.

Well, I had some real contractions while shopping. I couldn't walk or talk. It hur, stomach hardened and felt some major back ache and pressure. That only happened a few times. I've also felt minimal ones like menstrual cramps. So it depends. My doc told me that Braxton hicks can feel like the real deal so just watch the timing.

The Braxton hicks contractions are normal , but the stomach ache maybe from the baby moving on your stomach because I get the same thing then it'll go away.

Could be. Watch them....if you drink a cold big glass of water and lay on your side, do they go away? If so it's braxton hicks. So I was woken at 3am with severe stomach pains...where it hurt to move and my stomach was so tight it was redicules. now its still like that and walking makes it worst!?

For the women that gave birth already what does contractions feel like? Some people say it hurts like bad menstrual cramps but I never had menstrual cramps. Is there something else to compare it to so I'm prepared?

I keep getting a stomach ache. This is my first baby so I have no clue what contractions feel like. My baby moves fine but I feel like I need to go restroom but when I go and try nothing comes out. im 36 weeks but feeling to totally ready to have my baby, my body feels like its shutting down and im too tired to even move, i am having severe back ache no contractions or any other feelings but this back ache is terrible could this be a sign of labour ? its been bad for at least 3 hours now ive had it before but usually would of worn off by now, would i really need to be having some sort of discomfort in my tummy ??

Can you have contractions that are only really painful in your back? I have s dull lingering lower back ache, but every 10-12 minutes, the pain in my back will suddenly become excruciating and i cant even breathe and my stomach gets tight. It lasts for about 30 seconds then i feel instant relief. Im 39 weeks 2 days!
