How many of you are experiencing extreme BH contractions? Mine have been getting painful! Not just in my belly either. My back is killing me because of them!! I am finally 33w 2d, and I know this started like this about a month before labor with my other two, but it is so annoying already!!

Im due september 9th I dont have any contractions jusy a few braxtom hicks any other women having cramping yet

Where do contractions start is at the abdomen or on top of the stomach. Ive been having a pain on the top of my stomach that lasts about a minute idk if its a contraction or something else like indigestion maybe??? No clue.....

hi- I have done some research on pcos and ovarian cyst and how they can mimic regnancy symptoms like headaches, bloating, sore/swollen breasts, cramps, back ache...that's what i found via google lol but only those symptoms.. what about discharge (yeallow/creamy white), veins prominent on stomach and chest (i know i'm not making this one up cos i wasn't looking for it..i just took my top off one day and i went holy ****! i'm a road map!

Bh can be different for each pregnancy as far as pain but your stomach gets really tight and hard. Real contractions are similar but they are regular and you can time/predict them.

Contractions feel nothing like Braxton Hicks contractions. They are very painful whereas BH contractions are just uncomfortable. It's hard to explain how they feel but you will definitely know when you are having them. They are pretty powerful.

I heard its alot more painful and intense and trust me when I say waiting to go into labor ***** as well the contractions but w induction the contractions start up intense right away

Well i don't know exactly what natural feels like because. I had to get induced at 39weeks because my water broke. But i can definitely tell you i didn't get a epidural and it hurt so much i never thought labor pain was so bad:( This time around I hope I go into labor on my own and my contractions come natural. Because I have heard that the contractions are much worse being induced and I'm definitely not looking forward to that extreme pain ever again.

My daughter (age 27) has been on prevacid for quiet some time for indigestion. She had lunch a few days ago and about an hour later began to have diarrhea and vomiting every 10 to 15 minutes for about 6 to 7 hrs accompanied with severe pain on her right side, under her ribs. She spent several hours in an ER and after blood test, ultrasound, iv and medications she was told that everything was fine but to follow up with her doctor the next day.

Been taking Gavison double action tablets and liquid after meals which has been easing the severe indigestion pain ever so slightly. Just getting more miserable and want to be able to eat a proper, full meal without discomfort.

I have a lot of pains here and there. Some of them are Braxton hicks contractions others are round ligament pains. I also get really bad indigestion and heartburn. My sharp pains are usually from the baby movements. I have fallen and been in a car accident. I didn't have much pains and I was monitored. The result was Braxton hicks contractions. Try Tylenol and a hot bath as well as stretching. If you are concerned call your Dr or an on call obgyn.

For me, my regular contractions were managable and I feel like the pitocin forces contractions to become too painful too fast vs if they went natural my body would have handled them better as my body chose to progress me. Idk if that makes sense to you. But I have a low pain tolerance and still went natural so its awful but still manageable.
