I first noticed it in class looking at a powerpoint presentation. The text looked like it had a shadow effect with my left eye, but normal with the right eye. I got into to see my doctor and got a referral to local ophthalmologist. I was hit in the face with a soccer ball 6 years ago and had 2 retinal tears in that eye that were repaired with a laser. Neither the doctor nor the ophthalmologist saw any reason for my blurry vision. Apparently the repaired areas of the retina looked fine.

I find bright lights impossible to deal with and also white walls in offices. Trying to look at a whiteboard or PowerPoint presentation is also a problem. My other difficult one is white writing on a blue background.

Hello everyone, For one of my college courses, I did research on the Biopsychosocial approach to Asthma. I created my powerpoint into a video, added narrations, and uploaded it on youtube. I did this for educational purposes. I feel that I found good information that has to be shared. In addition, I feel that the Biopsychosocial model is often neglected and needs to be promoted. The video is perfect. I stumbled a few times and mispronounced medical terms (I am not a medical doctor).

I am 34 weeks pregnant with my 3rd daughter and we found out yesterday that she is in a full breech presentation. They are sending me in for an ultrasound on the 18th to confirm and talk about further birthing options if she hasn't flipped over by then. My measurements are normal but on the smaller scale. I am 34 weeks measuring 32 weeks they think she may not have the room to flip by herself.
