I'm 37w today! At my last weekly appointment on Wednesday, doc told me that I'm 2cm dilated and 50 percent effaced. Yay! She says that if I don't have him by Dec 8th (he's due Dec 12th) she'll schedule my induction. I've also lost my mucus plug. Doc says I'm ahead of schedule so far. My mom thinks he'll be here next weekend. I'm just terrified of labor pains. I don't handhandle pain well.

So am 37+4 an all day yesterday I was havin contractions with lots ov pains then come nte time they eased off bt today I still have this aching crampin pains tha don't go away also sorry for to much info bt got loose stools :/ so thinkin I may have baby soon what do use think? Also this is my fourth child so usually no straight away if its the real deal or not bt right now I dnt no whats goin on cos yesterday I really thought this is it!

Been having contractions since 7am this morning and today is family day for my husbands unit so were at a cookout and it's way too hot for me I wish we could leave!!!

Hello everyone, For one of my college courses, I did research on the Biopsychosocial approach to Asthma. I created my powerpoint into a video, added narrations, and uploaded it on youtube. I did this for educational purposes. I feel that I found good information that has to be shared. In addition, I feel that the Biopsychosocial model is often neglected and needs to be promoted. The video is perfect. I stumbled a few times and mispronounced medical terms (I am not a medical doctor).

This might sound really strange, but does anyone know a mama who played games like DDR or Kinect games and went into labor?

I was on half bedrest .. For 3 weeks and almost died!! I just played a lot of video games, phone games, talking to people and reading and cross word puzzles when I needed to rest. Thank god I only was on half so I didn't have to be in bed 24/7 but when I felt bad or having contractions I had to go lay down.. I'm sorry I'm not much help but good luck!

I joined this site. It has lots of good stuff. You can download Powerpoint presentations for a lot of the articles. It's a little bit technical, but for the most part understandable. I haven't read this last one yet...trying to get through my last couple days of tx. Not feeling too good.

m currently 30+4 baby measuring 31+6 so is it normal to have contractions at this point? I had to have a steroid shot at 27 weeks to close up my cervix I was 3 cm dilated, it only took me back down to a 2. Could he be coming or just playing games with his extremely excited parents emotions?

seems this is how it works for me. once my hubby leaves for work I start get frequent contractions. it happened with my son too lol.

PowerPoint support music and transitions between slides. Most of the time, I'd move over to my Mac and use JPEGS added into iMovie to do this.

at 8am they put a pill under my cervix to soften it up...i walked the halls for an half hour...at 945am i started having mild contractions while myself aunt and grandma playing card games...at noon my doc broke the first water at immediately worst contractions ever so doc recommended epidural...took the guy 45mins to get it in...they checked me at 245pm i was a 5-6cm dilated..doc checked me again at 3pm i was a 10cm..i pushed jaxson rodney out at 310pm..he weighs 5lbs 11oz and 18 1/2in long...

m 39+5 and I was having contractions every 2-3 minutes. Needless to say made me walk and do some lunges. But I was still a three. They sent me home with consistent regular real contractions. Nurse said that I should be having baby some time today or tomorrow.
