Avatar f tn I'm 37w today! At my last weekly appointment on Wednesday, doc told me that I'm 2cm dilated and 50 percent effaced. Yay! She says that if I don't have him by Dec 8th (he's due Dec 12th) she'll schedule my induction. I've also lost my mucus plug. Doc says I'm ahead of schedule so far. My mom thinks he'll be here next weekend. I'm just terrified of labor pains. I don't handhandle pain well.

572651 tn?1530999357 If you go through the listing on the left side of the page, any of the presentations that are in BLUE have a powerpoint presentation connected. Save the ppt to your computer and then view it normally. again, I wish we had access to the entire presentation and not just the slides, but there is still lots of meaty content here. http://cmsc.omnibooksonline.com/index.
Avatar m tn Hello everyone, For one of my college courses, I did research on the Biopsychosocial approach to Asthma. I created my powerpoint into a video, added narrations, and uploaded it on youtube. I did this for educational purposes. I feel that I found good information that has to be shared. In addition, I feel that the Biopsychosocial model is often neglected and needs to be promoted. The video is perfect. I stumbled a few times and mispronounced medical terms (I am not a medical doctor).
717272 tn?1277590780 I joined this site. It has lots of good stuff. You can download Powerpoint presentations for a lot of the articles. It's a little bit technical, but for the most part understandable. I haven't read this last one yet...trying to get through my last couple days of tx. Not feeling too good.
408795 tn?1324935675 Anyways I just posted this to share some information I ran across. Here are a couple of links; the top one has a powerpoint presentation on HepC101 and the bottom link is the fda link and if you just go to their search box and type in HCV a wealth of information will come up. This is certainly not like asking a question and getting the support of the forum, but it could be useful information. God Bless http://www.bi-valley.com/Pages/HepC101.htm www.fda.

Avatar m tn I decided recently to try contacts for the first time, because I was having trouble seeing stuff written on the board and on the powerpoint projector board in class. Also, sometimes my eyes would feel tired really early in the day (even after having plenty of sleep the night before), and I thought maybe it was from eye strain during class. I had no problem reading close books or seeing close up. So its been a week since I got an eye exam and fitted for contacts.
Avatar f tn Basically, those halos can be described like those you can see when looking at a light source on a very foggy day. Yesterday, I had to follow a powerpoint presentation on a big screen - black letters on white background with low ambient light. The letters themselves were sharp, but they were surrounded by a lighter, blurry double vision, much like a shadow. My eyes feel dry at times, sometime there's some burning feeling.
Avatar f tn 21 female ive been taking vicodin unperscribed for about 2-3 years...theyre just so easy to find..sometimes im not even looking for them and i come across them and even if i resist the temptation at first i already kno where they are so i end up goin back n getting them..none of my friends know this about me and no one in my family knows this about me but I am high all the time and I don't like it anymore. I just want to be sober and I've already forgotten how that feels..
Avatar m tn I was able to locate a powerpoint about it that I can print out, but wanted more information to back me up on this.
Avatar f tn This particular clip had the Neurosurgeon in a large room doing a PowerPoint presentation. Does anyone know this clip or of something similar? Thank you!
Avatar m tn I am 26 years old and just finished law school--last few weeks were very intense reading and looking at powerpoint slides on drop-down screen in classroom as well as on computer. Recently I've developed pain in my right eye when I look to the left--e.g., when two people are sitting in front of me, it brings discomfort to look to the person to my left; I have to turn my head in that direction to speak to them without pain.
Avatar m tn Good points by dollyn. It is not unusual for people with ADHD to self medicate. Marijuana seems to be the drug of choice (probably cause it slows things down for them). Your memory may not be going, its just that with ADHD its very hard to concentrate and memorize things. If you are still in school, its getting harder and harder which makes it even more difficult to memorize things. You have to start do all those little memory tricks.
Avatar f tn I was 19 when I found out I was pregnant also and my hubbie is 10 yrs older than me. I wanted to tell my mom so I made her a coupon using microsoft powerpoint that says "good for one grandchild, redeemable on september 15th" and madr it look like a real gift certificate: ) I put it in a card also and bought her a bib that says I love grandma. She loved it and was rlly happy. Its fun to tell people but can be scary for sure.
147426 tn?1317265632 Thanks DeeBee, Does the document that you have list the recommended techniques for the MRI? such as 1.0T minimum Telsa strength machine 3mm slices done contiguously and then list the T1, T2, FLAIR sequences for the brain and spine?
Avatar f tn Who says you have to sit and study. Read while standing or moving. Make powerpoint presentations. Read out loud. Act out the reading. Try study groups. Take notes, underline, etc. By the way changing your sleeping habits is tough to do - because it is a habit. A gradual approach of going to bed a little earlier each night can be successful. but set an alarm clock so that you don't sleep till noon. At your age, 7 hours of sleep will probably work.
1589097 tn?1343433112 Here is the link to the archived webinar. Once powerpoint appears, it is about two minutes before the actual speaking begins. There is a smal window (about 90 seconds) where the audio fee dis lost in teh middle of the discussion. http://memorialhermann.adobeconnect.com/p98w2t7l8ho/?
717272 tn?1277590780 html It has the original powerpoint presentation for Sprint-1 results. Really fascinating. According to that, most trial patients stayed at HGB between 9.5 & 11. I cleared before the bocep started, then added it and stayed crashed until I randomized out at 28 in Arm 2. Looking at my records, I stayed at HGB of about 10.2 for last half of TX, kept crashed neuts, ended with platelets around 30,000 even though I stayed on reduced interferon for 2/3 of TX. 4 wk Followup PCR was UD.
