Avatar f tn Omg am in soooo much pain. Been having contractions now since 8pm and thats now 5 n half hrs...eeek shattered but too painful to sleep. Still early part of labour and Waters still not broken yet :( come on...
Avatar f tn When I finally woke up and was in labor I had no doubt in my mind it was actual contractions and a couple hours later I had my bloody show.
8697409 tn?1400014823 I'm due tomorrow been having a lot of pressure today and irregular contractions , but for the last hour I've been having contractions every 6-7 mins lasting 40-50 seconds they're painful but not unbearable
Avatar f tn I am having contractions since 4 am (almost 5 pm here), they are frequent and painful but not that much painful. I just wanted to ask in your opinion could I be having BH for thats long? I never had them, but I am 38 weeks so it was time to have them, I think.
Avatar f tn Woohoo. Sooooo excited. I am finally in labour. I am 39 + 2 weeks. I woke up at 4:45am this morning with extreme back pain and abdominal cramping. I started timing my contractions an hour later and they were very irregular. They started coming in between 2 and 3 mins and weren't lasting very long. I went upto the hospital at 8:30am to get checked over and I was 2cm dilated. My midwife confirmed I was in labour so did a sweep to really get my labour moving.
Avatar f tn Just checking in girls. My contractions started at 7.15pm and I'm already 6cms dilated and it's 1.30 am!
Avatar f tn Hi im 36 weeks and 5 days ive been to the toilet 3 times already and getting what feels like contractions but in my back they are really painful ive been having bad back ache for 2days.
Avatar f tn But that depends as some people can loose it weeks before labour happens only for it to grow back but considering your gone 36 weeks you could go into labour any time. As for the contractions what I experienced was cramps that were like period pains only a lot more intense.
Avatar f tn Depends how far ur hospital is but I wouldn't go till ur in establish labour. Contractions every 10-15 mins otherwise they might send u home.
Avatar f tn Finally after almost 40weeks I'm in Labour. But I'm still questioning it. This morning when having breakfast, I felt a discharge and saw that it was my mucus plug(probably) but I am still not having any contractions until bow but they are so painful I couldn't describe, it starts from my lower back and goes forward then down and I have to pee.it seems real but the timing in jumbled up like BH contraction.so the question is am I in real labour and my water haven't burst yet.
Avatar f tn If your not having consistent contractions that get worse and more intense as time goes on then it is unlikely that you are in real labor. Sounds like it is likely BH contractions, you can definitely get a dull back ache from having those.
Avatar f tn No. Ibut it feels like its a consistent wave if that makes sense. I'm 36 weeks Monday but measuring about 3 weeks ahead. I don't want to go in for nothing but idk if it's back labour. I've always had contractions in the front lol. Do you still have tightening in the front with back labour?
Avatar f tn ve been having a lot of contractions (I think the real ones because it radiates to my back and is in my pelvis as well), but they are not in any sort of pattern.. is this the early labour stages or just false labour?
Avatar f tn So technically im not in labor but i am having contractions but there every 3 to 4 hours and there not that bad but they do still hurt..so the docs told me i might give birth next week if my contractions get stronger and i start to dilate.
Avatar f tn Unfortunately not. They only get worse the further into labour you get.
Avatar f tn So today I have been having some pretty 'intense' contractions. Not too painful but take my breathe away. I wasn't thinking too much about it until I went pee about 2 hours ago and wiped some blood. It wasn't pink, it was actually like a small amount of mucousy blood. Everytime I go pee there is a little bit less each time. But I am still having contractions and my back is starting to get kinda sore.
Avatar f tn YES!!!! The epidural is amazing I didn't feel anything after getting it well at the end I felt all the pressure but I did have the option to get a higher dose but chose not to due to the bp issue. But it was amazing and I'm feeling great I'm not in any pain at all!! This is my 5th baby and by far the easiest!! I had to get one stitch but I don't even feel any pain! Hopefully I feel the same on the morning when I wake up!!
Avatar f tn Just seen your post about not feeling contractions previous labour.. have you had a bloody show?
4476031 tn?1374200674 An just remeber that not all contractions are picked up on the monitors. When i was in full labour with my first they were only picking them uplike every 10 mins but they were one after the other so theywere going by my reaction instead. Good luck!
