30am having contractions every three minute just to come home becbecause I'm not dialating really hurts. So now I'll i can do is wait, wait, wait. There isn't even anything that will help me dilate even if I'm having contractions.

What do contractions feel like when they are just starting? How long do they usually last when they first start? Are they extremely painful when they first start?

Ok I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and I was sitting down I had a gush of something come out of my vag just like 10 min ago but I don't have contractions and im freaking out can your water brake and you not have any contractions I don't know what to do I'm scared and home alone my husband at work

I completely feel your pain - I have really bad pubis symphis pain too, as well as sacrum pain. My doctor will not induce until after 42 weeks, unless the baby is in jeopardy, so at as jschoch said, at least you have that option.

If ur not in any real pain then ur probably having false labor contractions, or just ur plain ol' BH contractions. Real active labor contractions will stop u dead in ur tracks from whatever it is ur doing and take ur breath away until the contraction goes away and comes back. Just try and take it easy and pay attention to ur signs n symptoms. Either way ur close and almost there! As am I, just playing the waiting game..

Same here, my waters broke 1st tgen had contractions but that was 8 yrs ago, hate this waiting and guessing game now only 13 days left xx
