I'm 33+4 and I'm wanting to use a yoga ball to bounce on and start do hip swivels, etc. I know it helps with back pain, hip pain, helping the baby engage, and positioning the baby. I say go in, because mine were in a rhythm every 8 minutes (or it may have been longer) and I was in labor dilated to a 2. I was 27 weeks almost 28. Thankfully I went in and they were able to stop the labor.

I'm almost 33 weeks as well and I have felt the uncomfortable tightening in my stomach - I was told it's Braxton Hicks so I'm trying not to worry about it! Other times I think it's just the baby rolling over, which also feels super weird haha.

I started to lose my mucus plug early also, and baby was head down and engaged at 33 weeks. I actually went into labor and hemorhaged at 33 weeks so I was in the hospital for a while. They stopped it with Mag and here I am at 37 weeks with no sign of labor coming despite losing pieces of my plug daily and fairly strong bh contractions. I didnt think Id make it this far either, neither did the doctors. They assumed I would go around 34-35 weeks because I did with my other kids.
