When you go into labor and have to fill out papers, do you right your babies name or tell them?

I have the divorce papers in hand. My husband will be coming over to talk tonight. Where I will be laying down the law. I want to work thru this because I do love him And he is good to me. Other than the fact the yard cheated on me with a icky stripper.. things wont be there same. But I'm willing to try. For the kids if nothing else.. he will be tested for every std under the sun ( even those I have 2 that I was honest about)...

So im 20 weeks nd my doctor has already given me my registration papers for the hospital but i feel 20 weeks is a little earlie to register im jus curious as to how many weeks where you ladies when you registered for the hospital

Well I was informed thru another mom on here who had kaiser in northern CA I'm in southern CA that they can ties tubes thru the cervix 24 hr after labor. And her dr was suggesting it for her. I was told by my Dr I'm had to wait 6-8 weeks after labor to get it done. I also wanted to get an elective c section if it were possible so they could tie my tubes at once too but this dr was so vague on the whole visit that she wasn't helpful.

And do you control who see down there and what not? And when you name your baby, your alone to write the papers or? Sorry first pregnancy and very curious if everything!

I don't want one at all unless it is absolutely medically necessary. Is it true I can sign papers saying I don't want one unless its an emergency? I don't want to be induced and I don't want pitocin or a cesarean.

How exciting, I'm due April 2. Already scheduled for induction April 3rd just in case. I don't think mine wants to come out but I'm ready with eviction papers.

I have already been in the hospital to have contractions stopped once. Should I go in or am I just overreacting?

I started hurting on a Friday night just strange different pains but it was tolerable so I just went to bed and didn't bother worrying about it. Saturday we were on our way to visit grandparents and the pains started getting worse but they still didn't feel like what I was told contractions would feel like but because the pain was getting worse and we were going 3 hours out of town I went ahead and stopped by the hospital.

I went into L&D last night b/c every time I moved I felt like I was peeing myself a little bit. I get there and right away I'm showing small but frequent contractions every 5-7 minutes. To me they felt like cramps...nothing more. They do a pelvic exam and tell me that my fluid tested positive on the Nitrazine strip which changes color based on pH levels in the amnio fluid. They then did an internal and last time I had one done they said I was closed, thick and high (about a week ago)...

today I went into labor and delivery because I was having contractions when I got there the hook me up to the monitor I was having contractions but they weren't strong enough for me to get admitted the nurse had checked me if I was dating, and when she checked and stick your fingers out it was blood in it then she asked me if I'd this had happened to me before and I said no.

09pm I couldnt take it anymore I was in soo much pain my contractions were coming back to back I call the nurse to come check me &&; I was 10cm ready to push!!! (I went fully natrually no pain medicine or epidural) so I gave 3 big pushes felt like I was pooping soo much &&; on my 4th her head came out my bf started telling me shes out shes out just 1 more biiiig push so I pushed 2 more times &&; she was out.

Painless contractions are called Braxton hicks. Real labor contractions are regular and increase in discomfort/pain. Braxton hicks will go away when you lay down.

t realize That I was having contractions Because They hurt a lil Bit But not to bad. My bf noticed That I was messing up in guitar hero every time I got one Which was like every 10 minutes. He started timing them as I was in denial and once It was every 5 minutes He called my mom. She came and started timing them and as They got to about 3 minutes apart She called my doc and The doc told us to go ahead and meet her At The hospital.

Well, I did some research on Leukemia and Mycoplasmas. Wow! Seems there are quite a few articles about them. Most are before 90's. Even mentions Mycoplasma Hominis. That's one of the Gulf War Mycos that is a Lyme co-infection. These were NIH papers and citation papers.

t see any contractions... Then he said we will test your pee to see if you will have the baby with in a two week range.. I'm still in pain.. Anyways he said that I was getting discharged and he only wrote me a script for nausea.. When I came home I was still in pain and this morning I'm still in pain.. It is placed in your vagina to help thin your cervix amd can cause contractions. After 12 hours they will remove it and start the pitocen.

I went twelve days overdue with my first before going into labor the morning they scheduled me for induction. Sometimes your brain just needs the looming threat to kick start labor lol. Didn't work with my second - I was induced at 14 days overdue.

All bags are packed and papers are ready, I was just planing on relaxing today all I really have to do is clean the bathroom and its super cold outside so I was avoiding going out. But ill clean and see if they get stronger, I was super scared of getting induced !

Depends on if your having contractions or not. When my water broke I took my time to go to the hospital because when you go into the hospital your consider on the clock and after 18 hours they will push you to get antibiotics and a whole bunch of other stuff. But your not at risk for infection till you have more then 6 vaginal checks.

I was 14 weeks when i was in the hospital and baby was 12 weeks.

t want to have to be signing massive stacks of papers in your hospital bed between contractions.

Ok so today I am officially 36 weeks so my doctor told me at my visit yesterday that I'll be coming in every week from this point up until my baby boy arrives plus at my next visit they're gonna give me all my papers so that if I do go into labor I'll have all my information on me already. So I wanna know, since I can go into labor at any moment now, how will I know it's that time? Like what are a few things I should be looking for?

I went in with the intention to go natural so I took pain relief but it wore off in 30mins instead of 2hrs and was feeling every contraction...I got like 3 dose until I got at 5cm....honestly they didnt help....my opinion....I ended up getting an epidural like at 7cm because they took long waiting on the one anesthesiologist on shift...

I have been having horrible contractions and really thought i was in a labor at one point but luckily they subsided. I am 32 weeks and really dont see myself making it to June 25th....i cant wait to meet my little man. i am glad to hear everyone is doing well though!

m having and have been having my doctors and nurses are worried about what it is. I went in to night cause the pain was making me cry. When I got home my family hadn't done anything my little brothers mess was all over the place still. Food was out on the counter the dogs food and water hadn't been put up. And I come home to them drinking.

Went to the OB this morning and he swabbed for Group B Strep. And gave me my papers....just in case I need to go to the hospital between now and my next appointment next week! I have no idea if my cervix is doing anything on its own this time because he doesn't start internals until next week.....I hope I can go on my own this time, rather than having to be induced like last time.
