Okay so I'm 41 weeks I went to the hospital for bad back pain and they said my contractions are 9-10 mins apart, this has been going on for 12 hours. I'm also having really bad diearrah , and everytime I pee Its just mucus . :/ Thanks . Ftm.
I was tired and hungry and ready for it to be done. The contractions were coming every 3-5 minutes for a couple hours and when checked around ten to three I was still only 7cm. After being checked something must have happened cause contractions seemed to just never stop. I felt the urge to push about five after three they told me to wait. I couldn't though. My body did what it wanted and needed to do on its own and she was coming.
Well I've been having contractions for 3 days they stop after 2 hours but they are close together

My contractions (early on) felt like a tightening of my entire belly but everyone is different. It also sounds as though you lost your mucus plug as well, i.e.: the bloody show. It is all in what you can handle. If you have an orgasm it could trigger uterus contractions. And if he is 2 rough it could cause you some discomfort after, but the baby is fine.
My sweet little angel is here!!! Went in for my doctors appt on 9/15 at 10:30am and was seen close to 12pm. The doctor checked my cervix and told me I was 5cm and said I was having a baby and they were sending for a wheelchair to get me to l&d. Boy the look on my face! Got to l&d and the nurses got me prepped up by 1:30ish. The nurse said I was having contractions 2-3mins apart, I wasn't feeling them and I was 5-6 by that time.
Yesterda at 10pm I had horrible cramps thought its just normal went to bed wpke up with back ache that wasnt pleasant followed by cramps nd dirreoh rang my midwife she sd stay home looks like things hv started so tk warm bath nd relax once contractions last for 45 secounds then come in..
Starting having contractions 6:30am 3-5 mins. apart. My husband had to drop my oldest off at school while I got the younger 2 ready for G-Ma's house. I took my time then finally we left. Drop boys then all of a sudden my contractions were closer and much worse than before. I was suppose to have a Waterbirth bt those contractions made me rethink everything. I wanted to kick my foot through the windshield. Pain was unbearable. Finally arrived at hospital, which was a 30+ min. ride.
So I went in on Sunday the 15th to be induced. They started making the contractions closer and stronger. So I finally become 10cm and start pushing, I pushed for almost 3 hours and baby still wasn't coming. I ended up getting a c section and Sunday the 15th at 7:41pm my Little man was born! One beautiful healthy baby boy!
Our little man came at 39 + 5. I thought for sure he would wait until after my due date. Contractions started late Sunday night. Definitely felt like painful period cramps. It took until Monday night for them to become 5 minutes apart at a minute each. We have an hour to drive but it was good. 4-5 cm dilated. Epidural shortly after which was heaven. Contractions slowed too much so was given pitocin. Around 8:30 Tuesday morning, I was given the go ahead to push.
and i was given OxyTocin to bring my contractions closer then i asked for pain meds but they gave it to me n it was to late i already was at 8cm it made my chest n head hurt felt like my brain was on fire n my contractions never went away so i felt everything n pushing through the most painful part of a contraction was the hardest thing to do but i only pushed for an hour n ten mins
I was just thinking today while praying for some legitimate, consistent contractions, how funny it is that we all moan, groan & complain throughout our pregnancies at one time or another but when the end is near we pray & beg for the pain telling us we're almost there! Lol I thought it was kind of funny. 41 weeks 1 day today & eagerly awaiting the pain!
Around 32w they started getting more like bad period cramps and contractions. I ignored them again thinking this is my second baby I know what labor is so I didn't go in. Around 33w6d I went in after having 2 contractions and turns out I was 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. I was kept for three days and had steroid shots to mature my daughters lungs. I progressed to 5cm and 90% effaced when my contractions stopped.
And I've only been getting small contractions. I.have a drs appt today so hopefully they tell me I'm dilated or something. I'm so uncomfortable and can't sleep. Have been up since 4am.
d @ 11am....stayed for a while til about 4pm and contractions got pretty intense. Dr came and checked me and I was at a 5.....so they kept me and put me in a delivery room and not 20 mins later (before I could get any bloodwork done for epidural) I was measuring at an 8-9!!! I had no time for pain meds or anything.....but I did it and it hurt like hell and the labor was definately worse then the puahing part (pushing felt like I had to poop sooooo bad!!!
But even though I got the epidural I could still feel the contractions and pressure. A little after 5p.m. I started pushing for about 30 - 40 minutes and then he arrived. Even though he did tear me some I'm glad to have him in my hands. I can say that he was worth every tear and pain he is how I imagined him!
The medicine they induce you with is forcing your body to have contractions so they are faster and harder. But its different for everyone. Good luck!
