I do construction and currently 10 weeks and have done it since day 1. My question is, is it ok to be doing the heavy lifting, going up and down ladders all day. Power tools and all... ??

i know this is tough to answer cause everyone is different while tx but are some of you folks in construction...doing high work with power tools..building houses?? ...thanks....

We will be doing most of the work ourselves mainly during weekends and will have someone coming in to work on the floor who will be using jackhammers for probably 2 days then put in two egress windows. I have no symptoms of heart problems, but I have a family history of heart disease. Is a nuclear stress test advisable or is there another test that would be more appropriate given the fact that I'm asymptomatic. I understand that the radiation exposure in a nuclear stress test is 250 times that of a chest xray. I'm concerned about the risk of exposure to that level of radiation given the fact that I have no signs of heart problems at this point.

I presume you had clinical exams, different blood tests, possibly a lumbar puncture, a brain MRI, and your history would have been taken. A discrepancy in one of those findings between now and then may trigger a review or redo of those particular tests, but I wouldn't have thought it was sufficient to roll back a diagnosis on its own. It's not impossible to have structural issues to the spine in addition to MS.

Hello... I can't say that it would improve your symptoms of VT. What is your cardiac history, including medications taken? I really can't comment on this having little information. Also, what does your cardiologist suggest? He/she would be the best judge knowing if this would be detrimental to you.
