I do construction and currently 10 weeks and have done it since day 1. My question is, is it ok to be doing the heavy lifting, going up and down ladders all day. Power tools and all... ??

im 26 year old gay man. recently i started working in construction. i work close to 15-18 hour days alot in very high stress environment. im also highly allergic to concrete dust and many other forms of dust. however i think the thing that really ruined me was that i started useing a party drug (crystal meth) whixh i had done on rare occasion but now at least 4-5 times a week to keep up with work. all this combined with phisical exersize to loose weaight. i was 50kg over weight as well.
