Thank you for responding. I'm very active. 4 times a week to the gym, including 25 minutes on a recumbent bike. My weight is lower now than before the accident. Other than a stomach, I'm not exactly "fat", I've always been big. My diet consists of lots of chicken, fruits, veggies, and brown rice. Not much in the stress department really, probably the same as most, home, work, kids, bills, etc. My injuries included a concussion, disc herniation in C 2-6.
