concussion nose bleed

Will this go away soon by itself or do I have to worry about a random bleed or episode that could be life threatening? Ive never had a concussion before. Also is the pressure i feel in my head normal? Its affecting my nose, forehead and ears...

My head hurts as soon as i wake up in the morning and through out the day on and off the doctor gave me hydroco and it kinda helped a lil but made me feel sick so he gave me fioricet (somthing like that) but it dont help much. today when i woke up i had a nose bleed im wondering if it had anything to do with it. The neurologist said it could take months to heal and you may even have symptoms for years. Im feeling more angry and crying alot more.

t feel anything weird about me except the nose bleed that is annoying and the bleeding is only from my left nose. My nodule is on my left also.
