3 days ago i was in a soccer game and i had got kicked in the head by my teamates foot. the next day at practice we were just kicking the ball around and i started to get disoreinted. i am seeing purple dots on the cieling and my eyes are dialated.2 days after i got kicked i started no being able to concentrate on anything. do you haveany ideas what it could be?
I hit my head 2 days ago and now I have been getting headaches, dizziness and nausea. The headache is mostly where I hit my head. While I was driving I experienced a tingling sensation through both of my arms and hands and felt weak.
Following this incident I found when I leaned over my head become sore. I thought that I might just be suffering the effect or a minor concussion. Now it is almost 8 months later and feel my head is not any better. I am scared that I might catch something that might make me cough or sneeze or even worse which would really cause my head to become over whelmed with pain. I am on beta blockers and find my blood pressure can still rise up in the 150 range.
I am not sure anyone will be able to answer accurately since a concussion is a jarring to the brain and what happens physically in/on the brain no one knows.
When my husband was discharged from the ER they gave him a paper explaining about head concussion. So we assumed he had a head concussion. He did o.k. for two days and then started being confused and disoriented again. For the most part he seems fine, but today he had another episode of confussion/disorientation and dizziness. Are this symptoms normal? Thanks for any response.
I had an x-ray yesterday which showed no fracture, however I now feel worse than I did yesterday with disorientation (I try to walk in one direction and go in the other), dizzyness, fatigue, my limbs feel like led weights, my fingers are tingling. I have an increasingly worse headache and am feeling very nauseous.Things are starting to get very difficult to make sense of! And its becoming quite difficult to focus on things...everything has a blurry edge to it. My pupils are like pin pricks.

Yesterday I was in a hurry and running and pushed the door in front of me. It stopped abruptly which caused my body to stop too. Could this cause a concussion? I'm scared because I am recovering from a concussion already. Does it make me more prone to brain injury?

I have a pretty good knot on my head still and know I had a concussion (dizziness, fatigue, nausea/vomiting and headache). Well.. today my head still hurts, but I am noticing pain in my ear as well still. That began last night. Since I do not have insurance, I am wondering if I should be concerned and seek treatment. Back in February i passed out in my friends room and hit my head on his bed then on his floor. After that i been havin migraines all day everyday i feel like pressure is building up inside my head and i get tired an hour after i wake up n by 7 o'clock im ready to fall asleep. i talked to my mom n told her what was wrong with me but she dont believe me and wont take me to a doctor. So what do u think is wrong with my head? And is there anything i can do to help it?

Have his ears checked. He could be suffering from fluid in his ears, which could cause many symptoms.
Did anything happen during his trip? Did something set him off?

I have ADD, have had several concussions over the years, and also suffer with Meniere's Disease ( inner ear thing )...I get the worst "jet lag" in the world when I even go over the mountains in a car. Any change in altitude sets me off...
I hit my head on the ground hard, experiencing extreme pain in the back of my head, so much so I felt like I was going to cry-which I never do. It took me a few minutes to get up, and when I did, pain exploded in the back of my head.
Since then, I've been tired, angry, irritable, expirienced mood swing and headaches. should I go to the doctor to check for a concussion?

The ER has to take you, regardless of your ability to pay. They generally can tell you how to apply for financial aid and might set up a payment plan. If you have a concussion, which you should find out if you do, it can be serious. Please don't let finances stand in your way!

Two days ago while getting groceries out of the trunk of the car, the trunk closed on me and hit me in the top-left of my head (mild-moderate hit). I started worrying that I might have caused some serious damage (although I didn't pass out, vomit, etc.). About an hour later, I got a slight headache (I am thinking due to all the worrying). So I went to the doctor after reading all the horror stories on the internet about people dying from hitting their heads (big mistake!).
my pull up bar fell and hit wife in head right above hair line. She has a little nausea, shes sure she has a slight concussion. She has no memeory loss. She is saying that her face is numb she can feel when she touches her face but when she doesnt touch it she has a tingling sensation should we go to an ER? Would that cause nerve damage to her whole face?
3 days after incident i took a nap in bed and i woke up and turned my head from my right side over to my left and it felt like i could feel ice cold water inside my head moving to my left side, where my knot was from incident, and it felt as if it was coving that area. I felt my head because i thought maybe i was bleeding because why else would my head feel wet. Also, since then I’ve randomly became in a state of unfamiliarity, nothing will seems real or fimiliar. I get panic attacks now.
