i got hit in my head last week. i m suffering from severe headache. there's sharp pain at the back of my head. the pain towards my forehead too. what should i do?

I fell and hit my left shoulder and back on a stair railing last week. It irritated nerves on my left and right sides. I don't remember hitting my head, but I've had a headache pretty much constantly since. Headache is mostly right side on front of head. I've also been feeling spacy, dizzy, and nauseous since.

2 years ago, I had a coup-concoup concussion (I think that was how to spell it). Ever since then, I've had a never ending headache. It's even in my dreams. I also get migraines where my brain smacked the other side of my skull. Then last Christmas, I hit my head on my temple and got a minor concussion then. But there didn't seem to be any lasting remarks from that. Anyways, yesterday I plopped down on my bed and hit the back of my head on my windowsill.

when some one suffers from concussion at what stage shold they be taken by ambulance to hospital. Does that happen if the person has a long period of unconsciousness or just with any unconscoussness? if when they wake up they have a dazed and confused look on their face and then when they try to stand up they loos there balance should they be called and ambulance and be taken to hospital. At what point should a ct scan be done?
The headache is mostly where I hit my head. While I was driving I experienced a tingling sensation through both of my arms and hands and felt weak.
Alright so let me start off by saying i know how ridiculous this sounds but I need to be sure.
Im 18.Today was a normal morning, I went to the my couch and kinda jumped down into it. I landed on my butt with my body toward the tv. when i landed though i felt a sort of "thump" on the top of my head when i landed almost as if my brain hit the top of my skull. I wouldn't say I have a headache like getting your bell rung, but lets just say i felt a lot better before I sat down.
I do not have any sort of cognitive issues though. Could this be a concussion? I do get migraines, and this headache does feel a bit like a migraine, but I am worried because I did hit my head. Should I be concerned? I do not feel awful right now, other than the headache. Thanks!
Friday morning, I was getting ready to take a shower. Due to my clumsy nature, I ran into the door frame on the left side (my left) of my head. It hurt for a few seconds, but afterward, I was fine and jumped into the shower. I didn't pass out, I wasn't dizzy, no nausea, etc. I've looked up symptoms of concussions quite a few times as I am a big worrier, and the only one I'm really experiencing is a headache, although it isn't severe.
Do you think he had a concussion/minor traumatic brain damage? Can this kind of impact be enough to cause concussion? Thanks for reading!
G'day. I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right area-don't know where else to put it. I've had a concussion for about 9 days now with "usual, mild-average" symptoms. The last couple days have been like the first couple days, cannot rest my head at night from the pain, taking two 650 mg Tylenols when I think of it, also seem more confused & forgetful (before major loss of sleep). The last 48 hrs. I've slept for 40 min's.

I play softball in college and about 3 weeks ago i was hit in the head with a bat right above my left ear. My coach gave me a concussion test and my head was hurting pretty bad throughout the day.
