concussion and throwing up

It's hard to know how hard you were hitting yourself, because proper covering up shouldn't hurt your head, it should just protect you from the far more concussive problem of getting hit. Now, I practiced martial arts, not boxing, but we all learn how to protect ourselves from getting hit while we're striking, and it shouldn't involve hitting yourself in the head.

So a bit over a month ago, I got a pretty severe concussion and ended up in the hospital. I could constantly hear my brain whirring, and throwing up two times a day. I also messed up and partied too hard with the concussion andddon't know if I took anything or what it would've been , and everything was hazy for days.

he has had a concussion before and he is acting alot like he did when it happened the first time, except he hasnt been throwing up. and i wasnt there yesterday to know what happened. i am worried because it is his second concussion and he is only 10 months old, he is a miniature Shih Tzu.

So the equivalent was that I was sleep deprived. As the sleep deprivation increased, so did the nausea and throwing up. They were directly related. Even a mild head injury such as whiplash can cause sleep disorders, I understand it is one of the most common causes actually.. I would think about something neurological, if nothing else works out.. sorry you are dealing with this.

Throwing up, dizziness and try not to fall asleep for a lite.

Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. At first I thought I was allergic to eggs so I cut those out of my diet but I keep throwing up!! This makes me insecure because it's making me loose weight. i'm the lightest I've been in a few years and was upset about being too skinny before this happened. I just want to gain weight and be healthy again.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I have been able to keep everything down except wienersnitzel. I threw that up 5min after eating. And I just went to bed and let my stomach relax. Didn't want to risk throwing up again.

Running and other exercise is good, cutting out junk food of any kind is good, but you HAVE to eat enough healthy food to stay strong or you will end up with bad skin and teeth and weak bones and horrible things like depression from not having enough nutrients! Seriously you don't want rotten teeth and horrible spots! Be careful!!!

My dr gave me some medicine when I was in my first trimester for throwing up issues. So I have to take that now. Just try and not eat until you get full. Stop eating a tad bit before you hit the full point. It might help.

Im 26weeks and constantly throwing up or feel sick to my stomach.

Our 4 year old Old English Sheepdog has been throwing up regularly for a few months. She always had a sensitive stomach and tended to throw up if she ate something other than her food or if she drank her water too fast but now she is throwing up yellow bile a couple times a week on an empty stomach. About a month ago she coughed up blood so we took her to the vet.

we brought him home 2 days ago and applied the Revolution and he is on an antibiotic. He continues to throw up but seems fine otherwise. Because he had worms so bad the vet wants to give him another treatment of the Revolution, He is on dry cat food and water. He begs for food all the time and we cannot leave food out on the counter as he is (dumpster diving) here in the kitchen. I am very concerned about the throwing up. Do you think this will end eventually?

in front of my right eye and I crushed and snorted my pills up my right nostril all the time,I know the answer is to see an ophthalmologist but just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and what it was,thanks.

I know you're not supposed to drink soda while pregnant but it's the only thing that calms my belly! I throw up multiple times a day until I drunk coke and then I'm fine. What do you ladies think?

So I was really nauseas from week 4-10 now from week 11-12 I've only just started throwing up. It's comes really suddenly and i'm worried I won't make it to toilets when at work. Has anyone else started vomiting this far along?

I ate dinner at 8 tacos but only ate one...I went to bed around 9 and woke up at 5 throwing up like crazy...and it's the food I ate but I'm still throwing up water juice and whatever I eat.

So trying to figure out if I just ate something bad, or is this the start....Went out to dinner tonight early with my uncle and had ravioli. Had gas most of the night, but had some bread to help absorb the sauce that was causing some heartburn (along with a Zantac...my best friend). That dinner was like at 5 PM. It's 2 AM and I woke up throwing up. I have had 2 or 3 bowel movements over the course of the day which is why I am not sure if this is the ramp up, or not. Opinions???

So I am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and lately I have been feeling like I am about to throw up but I never had till today. And when I did throw up it was just stomach acid. Should I be concerned or just not worry. My next doctors appointment is next Tuesday. Thanks for any advice or anything you can offer me.

I was given a medication to help dry up the drainage and an antibiotic. Once the infection was cleared up, the nasuea and vomiting went away. At the time I didn't have gerd.

My daughter has been dealing with that since she was about 6 years old. She randomly wakes up sick in the morning throws up a few times and then is fine. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out if it was a certain food item, but it's not. We try to control the symptoms by taking Zantac 75 before dinner (per doctor recommendation), and not eating for several hours before bedtime, this has helped quite a bit, although she still gets flair ups from time to time.

I threw up today. and I don't know why. my dad thinks I caught a bug. but I felt fine after I threw up. everyone else thinks I might be pregnant but I think it's impossible. cause the last time we had unprotected was the 26th of January. and it's Feb 18th. and I just recently started taking birth control. is it possible?

Hello, My cat has been throwing up a brown very watery liquid for the past few days. He will go maybe a whole day and not throw up at all but then overnight we find that he's thrown up 4 or 5 times. He still drinks his water and eats his food and seems his normal self but i'm worried there might be something else wrong. Oh, this morning in his vomit was a lot of little white pecks maybe a little larger than grains of salt or sugar. Thnx any help would be appreciated.
