Ann, what do you mean by asking for Concentra again? Did you mean "Cymbalta" or some type of medicaition? The only reason I ask is that it was Concentra the urgent care centers who do our first observation for the Gilenya. I hope I am wrong because if not, then I know you are fatigued big time. Also if you decide to go on the medication the medication is usually set up in a different location for observation and the doctor that they have (mine was at concentra) will see you before you take the pill and answer questions you have. They come in to check your heartbeat and blood pressure every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours then every 1/2 hour for 2 hours, then every hour. (for the last 2 hours).
