I too usedand still use IP 6 from Whole foods to boost my iimmune system but on this web site unfortunately alternative suppliments are looked down on. I take any where from 25 to 30 suppliments a day do not do dairy milk cheese and epecially cottage cheese and no meat. I have stayed this course for 15 months now.
