Avatar m tn s probably the best option as you will get to spend more time with your baby however i only know how it works at my work place and that is that you have to put it in writing to the human resources department and request to start your maternity leave earlier, however i live in the UK and am not 100% sure of how it would work over there...any uncertainties about anything to do with your maternity leave can only be answered by your human resources department.

I've never gone to a meeting. I've never read a book. I don't believe in God.

A lot of them provide links to full-text, scholarly journal articles---and are reliable. Most require a subscription, but if you attend a university you could probably access many of the databases for free.

Call the human resources director over his division/district and ask all the questions you are concerned about or having him do that would be the best option. Avatar f tn That is discrimination they can not cut your hours or even say that to you. I would go straight to human resources and if they don't do anything about it I would go to the media nothing will get company attention like pregnancy discrimination then see how fast the fix the situation.
