I wish people stop complaining about what questions other people post... Either read it or don't! answer it or don't! I know this may seem hypocritical cuz i am doing the same thing right more but whatever! Don't read mine either!
It might be a stage, or it might persist. It could be helpful to point it out to her away from her complaining (take her out for a soda and tell her there's something you want to discuss with her). It is often amazing to me how people get into habits like this and never even realize they're doing it. Also, point out how it makes you feel when she does it, rather than arguing about the content of it. Ask her if she'd be willing to work on it.

So since I found out I was pregnant I've been looking on craigslist and eBay to help me find used baby things to buy for the baby, we're on a budget but I want to be able to get my baby what he needs without depending on other people and ever since I started doing that my bf has been complaining.
Butterfly rash? Hi, I'd say that you should definitely go again - ideally when the butterfly rash is showing. Or at least take several pictures in good light. You also probably have new onset Raynaud's in the hands. Have some pictures of that, too.
You can check in a mirror for any mouth sores. It also wouldn't hurt to ask the doc for a blood test to make sure that your kidney function is okay.
It is even possible, though rare, to have a negative ANA test yet still have lupus.
