complaining neighbor dog

So my neighbor and I were speaking the other day and she was complaining about her 3 year old male cat scooting on her rugs and the carpet. By that, I mean rubbing is butt and pulling himself with his front legs. My cat has never done this, so I didn't know what to tell her. Is there anything she can do to make him stop? He doesn't have worms, she had him checked.

s dog is a pitbull boxer mix, she had pups about 8 weeks ago and has been doing fine up until a week ago. I am a big dog lover and I own 8 dogs of my own. This dog comes to visit me on a daily basis and I let her in when it's cold or too hot. What if my neighbor happened to have an open cut as well that my dog licked before me? What if he has HIV?

We bought this little box that's supposed to send out a high pitched sound whenever they bark to try to teach them not to, and it doesn't work for him...Cruel as it may sound, I'm making DH buy a shock collar this weekend.

I thought of the show Lassie and began hollering for my dog Diamond. She is no Lassie it took her a good ten minutes to get to me, but she did stand there and let me use her to get my legs under me so I could get up. Now I know if anyone else was here and helped me they would have laughed at me or got onto me for being so stupid. Diamond she helped and just went back to her bed like it was an everyday thing. Hi Everyone, I'm asking this question for my neighbor. His Golden Retriever, who is 11, was dx'd with cancer in his leg. Poor dog only has a short time left...neighbor is letting nature take it's course due to dogs age as well as cannot afford $10.000 to amputate. I am so sad as I dearly love this dog. For the most part, they like to stay around in our yard but every once in a while they like to explore. My neighbor up the street has younger kids and a dog, so of course my dogs frequently like to visit their house. My dogs are harmless, they love children and they never seem to try to fight with our neighbors dog but for some reason our psycho neighbor does not like them in her yard.

What in the world can I do if this dog again crosses the fence and charges my children, me or my dog? Any ideas on how to react in an attack type situation? I talked with my neighbor and she doesn't seem to get it. She says he is untrainable and she has her house fitted with an electric gate so he can't do too much damage inside as he tears things up and toilets in the house.

I was just wondering because I live in a apartment building were the neighbor about me tells the landlord all the time that im smokeing below him every day. I am not at anytime. I beleive he is suffering from the same problem as many others on here but doesnt know it. I would like to have all the information possible for the next time I speak with my landlord so I can inform her of this condition and that it might be to blame.

ok my neighbor ask me to bring her three boxers out with water and food at 8:30 in the morning i actually brought them out at 9:30am and gave them water and food. at 11:05am my other neighbor came out side and seen the dog laying there dead. she was 1yr 1/2 to 2 yrs old she was black and white and her legs were stiff we are trying to find out what happened.

Ask your Neighbor for any of the previous Vet receipts for your dog! Tell her you need them so that you will know what the dog has/hasn't had.....I feel quite sure she will not be able to produce them, therefore another lie! However, I would still ask..... few weeks ago, they called and notified a neighbor that had reservations to board her dog that they had an outbreak of kennel cough. Facility was completely shut down and sanitized and reopened. I have to give them credit for notifying their clients! If the cough continues, best to consult the Vet. Hopefully, it won't get too bad but has to run it's course. Please make sure you keep your dog home so as not to spread it.
