I think u should tell ur boss to be safe, he or she will probably give you a choice to take on as many hours u feel comfy with! Make sure u tell ur ob she will give them a letter explaining conditions.

You may just have to accept that this job is a goner and seek out a new one, preferrably when you get the anxiety to a better place. As a last ditch effort, you could try a written letter to your boss (and cc your HR manager on the letter as well). Just be very brief, apologize for your absences, and explain your issues in very simple terms, and that you could provide documentation from your doctor to substantiate your claims.

Legally get fired with a false reason, like you were told to go see the doctor for other ppls protection and refused. I think your boss is just covering his a$$. Do yourself a favor, if you ever did drugs and it shows up anywhere in your medical history, be able to give a good explanation. He revealed it to his work in 2009. They have now come to him with a letter that states he has to take it to a doctor to be signed that he is able to perform his duties and is not a risk to himself or others. Is this legal?? Your boss is threatening to fire you because your sick....I was a manager at a Dairy Queen before I started home health care and they cannot fire you for obviously being sick. Tell them you really don't feel good and its not sanitary to have you there vomiting in front of customers and sick around the food. If he/she still refuses to send you home then maybe you don't need to work there since they don't seem to care about your well being.
